freakin' John Kuhn made the pro bowl as a starter!!!

Rodgers, Matthews, & Woodson are the other starters from the Packers.

center Scott Wells & DT BJ Raji were both named to their 1st pro bowls as alternates in addition to Jennings.

hopefully it's all for naught though.....i'd prefer them in the super bowl than the pro bowl.

Very embarrassing that the leading tackler in the nfl this year (London Fletcher) didn't make the pro bowl. The fact that he's put up career numbers at age 36 with 163 tackles is very impressive. Not to mention the mans career stats are very close to Ray Lewis, who oh by the way, did make the pro bowl this year with nearly half as many tackles......

Pathetic.

Hopefully when it's all said and done the hall of fame voters aren't so quick to over look the man that's never missed a game in his career......

Ray Lewis has been getting in on popularity for years now

London Fletcher is why the Redskins have as many wins as they do and aren't in the same group as Colts/Rams/Vikings

This talk over Rodgers or Brees having the best season ever is ridiculous

The gold standard is

1. Marino in 84 (5084 yards, 48 TD)
in 19 fracking 84 when you can put someone in a headlock, hump them, and not get called for pass interference

2. Brady in 07 (50 TD, 16-0)
only 6 people are in the 40 TD club and 2 of them came this year, Brady has 50 and the only 16-0 regular season

3. Manning in 04 (49 TD, 121.1 Rating)
first to break some of Marino's long standing records

4. The rest

Don't get me started on the Ray Lewis debate between Fletch... He also doesn't get near the help most of the other guys get, or as good of scheme.

Swap 2 and 3 and I agree. Manning still has the most TD's ever through 15 games (49) and threw only two passes in game 16.

WGR 550 Buffalo reports impending free agent Stevie Johnson was asking the Bills for $7.5 million per over 4-5 years during early-season contract negotiations.
The two sides were reportedly $2 million apart early in the season, though the Bills never made an official offer to Johnson. Talks were re-opened after Ryan Fitzpatrick's deal in late October, but the sides didn't get any closer. The Bills have not mentioned the possibility of the franchise tag during negotiations. Johnson's agent insists the receiver is "more than willing to do a discounted deal with the Bills because of his loyalty to the organization" and his "love for the city of Buffalo."

It's kinda funny because if the Pats didn't have so many dropped passes by some receivers this year, this conversation wouldn't even be needed since Brady would've easily broken Marino's record before Brees did!

Then again I guess the same could be same for either Brees or Rodgers, but I wouldn't know since I'm a die-hard Pats fan. lol

Floyd dropped a million dollar bet that the Pats would beat the Broncos

Beast.

I wonder what the payout is on that? In-fact I wonder what a vegas payout is on an NFL game, does it change game to game? I'd figure its got to.

If the Bengals beat the Ravens, its very likely that they'll face each other again in the wild card round.

The ravens can't hold anything back in week 17 because they still need to clinch a bye.

What ?

assuming the steelers win the bengals would be #6 & the ravens #5 so they wouldnt play each other.

i should add if the steelers lose ravens are #2 & bengals #6 so still wouldnt play each other.

First of all the Bills will not beat the Pats again. Belicheck will have a good game plan and Brady will bomb the hell out of them. Second the Giants and Cowboys is gonna be a good one, a slugfest. If the Giants lose their coach is history and if the Cowboys lose heads are gonna roll no matter what Jerry Jones may say. The Cowboys need this game big time. So I am taking my Cowboys winning by 3 points or less over the Giants.

I have a strange feeling its going to be the Pats vs Greenbay in the Superbowl. Brady vs Rodgers. Or could someone upset Greenbay in the playoffs at home at Lambeau? Oh the next few weeks are gonna be fun for us NFL fans.

if our def. doesn't show up, the saints could def. beat the packers in green bay.

The odd thing is the Giants are 6-2 in their last 8 games against the Cowboys but Tony Romo has put up better numbers than Eli Manning for the most part in pretty much all 8 of those games.

The thing I look at or what worries me is the Boys defense. Theres times they show and more often then not they dont. Emmitt Smith said it best: "To win the game against the Giants this team needs heart and it needs to finish games". My Boys have shown they have neither at times. Their backs are up against the wall sunday so I am expecting a Cowboys team that comes out swinging and has that fire but would it surprise me if they dont? With the ups and downs of this season I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt. Inconsistant and bad coaching calls along with a defense that isnt as good as it should be has been the story with my team all year. One thing that I will say is no one can blame Romo this year if the Boys dont make the playoffs. He has been very good since that debacle against Detroit. That being all said I am hopeing for a win sunday night.

The Saints traditionally have not been a good cold weather team and I can't see them being able to win in Green Bay in late-January. They aren't a great outdoor team in general and I'm not convinced they'll be able to win in San Francisco if the 49ers win this weekend and get the #2 seed.
