Numbers are starting to come out for Manning. People are probably just guessing but I have read 3 years/$65M.

The Cardinals are going to need an answer from Manning by Friday because if Kevin Kolb is on the roster at 4:00 Friday he receives a $7 million bonus.

Free agency officially begins in I believe 8 minutes, hoping if the Cowboys make any big moves they come before I go to work.

If that number is close to being right how are the Saints going to justify their handling of Brees? Brees is younger, healthier and I think every bit as good as even a healthy Manning right now.

Getting rid of a head case like Marshall (and presumably replacing him with Reggie Wayne) could help Miami get Manning.

I thought the same thing. I had been reading that having Marshall in town was a turn off for Manning. I wonder how much more appealing Miami might be to him now?

I'm suprised that the Dolphins traded Marshall only because it would leave Manning (if he signs) 1 less WR target.

Manning would probably bring in his own guys - definately Wayne and maybe Garcon. Plus I would think cutting Marshall loose saves a lot of cap money.

By some weird coincidence I was shopping at the pro shop on miamidolphins.com this morning and I noticed Marshall jersey was in the clearance section!

Yeah I would imagine Marshall becomes a late 1st/early second round fantasy pick with this news, especially if the Bears can also retool that offensive line as well.

I don't care what anyone says. The Bears robbed Miami by taking a top 10 WR and giving up a 3rd round pick that wasn't even ours.
