Wish you were right, but LG says differently. We're factory direct authorized dealers and LG gives all authorized dealers a "Roadmap" of future promotions so we can plan our advertising. This is exactly what is listed on LG authorized dealer promotional roadmap. The same ends on July 2nd.
Here's ABT's listing of the 65" B6 at $4,499 listing it as a sale that ends on 7/2/16. LG funds the promotion for sales from today through 7/02/16 and I hope to see LG extend this deal or offer it again. |

So for example, Oled Light at 100 (max) might be more or less bright from one panel to another even within the same model?

That's what I expected too. But seems like everyone is saying that they are all even. So I am finding it very hard to justify the price difference between the B/C and the E/G. Don't get me wrong, I love the picture on glass thing but I'd rather use that extra money on getting a 4k player.

What about the same old complaints with tinting, banding, and vignetting? Are those issues been fixed or is it something that still varies from one panel to another? |

The LG OLEDs are really good, but the E6 and G6 suffer from two different issues if I remember right. G6 has the massive price tag and E6 can't have that soundbar removed. I do think next years models will be even better and hopefully have all the issues addressed with what's going on still and further improve many of the aspects they're strong on. Hope HDR division between HDR-10 and Dolby Vision is solved but nice to see LG supporting both from this year.
Personally think the 2017 models onwards is where I'll find a justifiable reason to upgrade but think I'm going to hold off until PS5 releases for proper 4K gaming and UHDs are cheaper and more in abundance. |

Some say it's negligible and depends on whether you know what to look for. Me personally, I'd rather see them completely eliminated before I jump in and 2018 onwards and certainly for a PS5 release seems right
