I used to have it higher like you do now, but I tried to lower it between 30 and 40 and let my eyes adjust...Surprisingly, afetr a few hours my eyes adjusted and in fact now skin tones appear more real and 3D-ish due to the fact that they dont glow as much and you can pick up on more details on people's faces. With higher oled light the first impression is a more appealing picture with more 'pop'...but what that does in the long run is making things glow, and you lose some 'realism' -especially when it comes to organic objects like skin tones, hair, and vegetation. Give it a try.

I have mine on 30 in ISF Bright and at 38 on ISF dark...I used to have it on 100 for both LOL

I would like to know if I can get the up dated main board for the 65EG9600 UB. I own a 65EG9600 UA (that does not support HDR over HDMI, and would like to upgrade the main board to the "UB" model, as this is stated as supporting HDR over HDMI

So far very pleased with my new E6 (September build). Almost no DSE banding on Godzilla or other problematic discs. Wouldn't even have picked up on it if I didn't knew it was there. And yet to have a single compensation cycle!
Only thing is HDR is a little too dim. Brightness at 56 now. I used std mode but with some adjustments.

Just received our first allocation of 77" G6 Signature Series 4K HDR OLED TVs. We received 11 of the 12 we ordered, not bad for our first allocation.

LG did a good job in building crates to protect these TV for safe transportation.

I'm bring one to the NY Audio Show in NYC, November 4 - 6. Should be a nice display at this great high-end show.

What's the best LG 4K TV to get that's below OLED? The LG 4K TV that I'm wanting to get (shared the link a few pages back) is still little too high for my price range and I was wanting to know what's the 2nd best LG 4K TV to get that's just below an OLED.

go with a Samsung SUHD or a Sony Ultra Black Trilumonous display model if you cannot afford an OLED. I would not recommend an LG LCD 4K tv.

Nearly fell out of my chair when I talked to Cleveland AV about prices for the 65" B6.

I may have to make this move sooner than expected.

Just realized you're a fellow Miamian - what's your display/player setup? I'd love to hear your thoughts as an OLED owner.

I got me a 55C6 back in June from Chris Plasma and never regretted it. I have it connected to a Samsung UH8500 player, Denon 910 AVR, 5.3.2 Atmos Surround Sound

Glad to hear. I've been checking out the AVSForum threads on the Bs/Cs and see very little complaints. What did you use as displays prior?
