In no way is Stranger Things anywhere near the same realm of Game of Thrones in worldwide recognition. Since for starters Stranger Things is stuck on a streaming site which limits its audience to begin with. You also need to calm down and open another thread elsewhere. We know you are frustrated, calm down this has only been announced! I am sure another release will come in the next year or so.

I'm optimistic this is a poor rendering of a box that holds the contents (think the top of a board game), and not a flat paper cereal box you have to "break" the flaps everytime to open.

My guess is it's kind of like the TMNT 25th anniversary set, but instead of opening from the top, it opens up like a regular case from the right side, and has plastic hubs on each side.

Thats at the end of the statement, not being very specific. So HOPEFULLY that means the Blu Ray set will indeed be available online as well.

That's what I was thinking -- a hollow box that you essentially rip every time you open it. That would take it from awesome to horrible.

They did. My copy did not come with the hubs but it came with sleeves instead.

One of the best things about this release is that nobody should complain about package dents/tears along the edges. It's already "damaged" before Target employees can even get their hands on them.

Exactly. Any real damage will just make the packaging more authentic.

This is a very vague message. When they are gone from Target disappear forever or when this exclusive deal is over.

Target is getting exclusive merchandise for a limited time. When it sells out or when the promotion period ends, the merchandise is gone.

So a wide Blu-Ray release will never be out and no international release. That really does not make any sense. Really hope they Come to their senses when its time to release the next season. Because this way is just
