And now, back to the boxset! Mine lights up fine but will only need to do so a minimal amount of times due to my post stating where I have the inside contents.
Going to make a custom PDF compilation of the GHOSTBUSTERS articles from Starlog along with a few other publications, and will share a link here. There still might be a few special features which weren't carried over from The Criterion Collection CAV LD to any current disc formats. The rest of the special features not featured in this set? I have prior releases so I'm alright.

Is anyone else noticing that adding the Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection to your blu-ray.com collection isn't counting it as you having the individual movies from the set? I'm still seeing Ghostbusters: Afterlife in the Deals bar even though I added this to my collection.

Got my set in Australia today. Packaged in the same white satchel with zero protection. Luckily it was only mildly damaged on the bottom right corner, and the correct discs were inside. So I guess that's a win for me!

It has been a week now since the release of the 4K UCE, and my Amazon order still has not shipped. What is really humiliating is that Amazon is now offering it for sale for $229.98 with 2-day delivery!

My wife is a HUGE Ghostbusters fan and keeps needling me about when this will be delivered. I promised her a big night of viewing on Feb. 1st with all of the deleted scenes and extra content only to be let down when a day before the scheduled delivery the order suddenly changed to "Not yet shipped. We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date. "

I am pleased to see that others have now received their delayed orders. I hope that mine will soon be arriving as I do not want to cancel my order and I think that it is really crappy for Amazon to offer the same set for sale at a higher price when they still haven't made good on delivery for all of their pre-order customers.

No they're not. None of them offer 2 day delivery and Amazon isn't selling it. It's 3rd party sellers.

Just received my Ultimate Edition from Amazon Canada. Other than the J card, everything else is in English, no bilingual packaging. All the slipcovers are included, the green light works, and all the discs are the right ones in each case.

Amazon shipped in a box that fits accordingly, no damage either.

Now I have to wait for my 4K player to come back from the repair show before I can watch them.

Well, I for example still visit The Digital Bits from time to time and sometimes they have good information. Bill Hunt just lost a lot (if not all) credibility as a reviewer for me after praising the LOTR UHD set like crazy before release and giving the wrong information about new 4K scans and not mentioning the extreme DNR.

I live in Germany and here the set will be released tomorrow -mine is on the way. I doubt we will have any slips or led lights, but with 85 Euros the price was fair - about 97 US-Dollar (with taxes), if you convert it.

Of all the years collecting Physical media this is perhaps the one I would have loved to get hold of the most but alas was not to be, having my order cancelled by the retailer due to Sony not producing enough copies. Do you guys believe more will be made or is this the end of this release?

Nobody knows, but my guess is that it will eventually be released in standard packaging.

You'd think so. I expect a lot of people even if they already have 4k might be willing to double dip just for individual releases; if they include the Dolby Vision like the ones in this box set?

Does anyone know how to get the audio to play during the Ghostbusters 1 BluRay Disc "Slimer Mode Picture in Picture Track"? I see it come up with the pop-up video on the right side of the screen but only the movie itself has the audio playing while the video popup window has no audio at all I checked my Ultimate Set and my regular 4K stand-alone release Blu-ray disc which has this same slimer mode feature but the same thing happens with the pop-up video as it plays but has no audio.

Do you have to turn something on in order to get that extra pop-up window audio to work while the movie is playing ? Again the movie plays fine and has audio but that extra pop up box with interviews has no audio but you see them talking in that extra window to the right

You need to turn on SECONDARY AUDIO in the player. What make/model do you have? (This info is always handy)

Oh I did not know that ... I have the Sony - UBP-X800M2 and just turned on the secondary audio and that worked!! Thanks Geoff !
