I'm either getting someone else's returned set or there's more coming in stock.

From watching the movie for the umpteenth time it’s Harold Ramis who I love the most in this flick. For all the bullshit about him being some sort of emotionless incel hero (seriously, that’s what people be outraged about with Afterlife, that he got his nuts in) he’s the most human one of the lot of them. I love the bit in the elevator when they switch the pack on, I love him saying “oh shit!” when they realise they’ve lost the Keymaster and him getting angry AF with Walter Peck straight afterwards (“your mother!”), I love how he gleefully recounts the tale of Ivo Shandor in the jail cell. You know the absolute best bit? When he’s scanning the dude in the hotel hallway and he pokes him to see if he’s real, it’s like something a kid would do

Yep, mine had full tracking. Cardboard box, no bubble wrap but the set was perfect. Also, mine was scheduled to arrive on Monday but came today.

Lucky I did also but mine says Feb 17th it’s estimated to arrive. It was back ordered till today it said.

I did order mine when they had a few come in later.

Nah I wouldn't keep it. Not unless you want to watch the commentary on the 2016 4K. The commentary track will be on that new Blu-ray and all the legacy special features will be spread throughout those extra Blu-rays. We even get Slimer mode!

I opened my set the other day and all the correct discs are there, and it lights up very well. I'm usually not a huge fan of such elaborate packaging and like my box sets to stay similar sizes, but this is one mighty impressive set. I don't know where to begin with what to watch first (especially the preview cut of the first).

I just have to pray that it arrives undamaged (#pleasedontbeinabag), and with all the correct discs and slips.

Well, it was in stock 3 days ago. I have no idea how often it comes back in stock but...since no one here is a fortune teller, no one knows if/when it will come back in stock.

Its also one of the few elaborate sets I have thats not a chore to get a disc out.

Right? All too often the discs are a PITA to remove when they get too clever by half with the packaging, but this is so functional (with those proper cases and lovely slips) yet very nicely designed. And I must admit, after repeatedly trash-talking about the light-up packaging I keep taking the cases out just to set off the green lights.
