Glad I listened to Sfmarine and Geomon's advice (thanks guys! ) because tonight my order finally came! Condition is good and all the slipcases are included. Now to just see if the discs are correct.

Last night, I watched the digital version of Ghostbusters: Answer the Call that came with the Ultimate set. I have the film on Bluray, but decided to watch the new digital copy. I was actually very impressed overall. The picture was great - The 4K looked nice and it was a really good Dolby Vision grading.

If they ever released a physical copy of the Dolby Vision version, I'd be tempted to pick it up.

I had other things going on and didn't get around to contacting Sony until last night regarding my set having incorrect discs. (I received 2 copies of GHOSTBUSTERS II, but no GHOSTBUSTERS I).

I also sent a photo of the containment trap, back of box with UPC and both amaray cases lying next to each opened to show the incorrect discs inside as well as my name and mailing address. I received a reply back this morning requesting more information and more photos.

I swapped my broken GB 1&2 2disk cases for 3disk cases.
Took my shattered bonus disk case and put those disks in with 1 & 2.
GBA got swapped to a non-broken 2disk case

Still leaves me with a damaged outer box for display though

It's obviously been encoded or transferred incorrectly like some kind of "all channel stereo".

I'm surprised it hasn't been a bigger issue but it's completely screwy and should be fixed.

Can confirm this on my copy, too. Dialogue is coming through all speakers, and there seems to be a slight phasiness on the track. Wow.

And it's the same story on GB2. Weird; when I got the set, I looked at some extras, watched Afterlife, and only glanced at the first two. But I still can't believe I didn't notice this earlier.

The 2.0 tracks on the standard BDs are fine. They matrix just how they're supposed to. I wonder what happened.
