Meh, I got in trouble with the wife the other night because I drunkenly ordered GB&II and Afterlife. Thing is, I actually "saved" money, as the 1&2 bundle has gone up a couple of bucks in a week on Amazon, are still $23 each on BB.com. BB has the same preorder price on Afterlife as Amazon, will price match, and I had $15 in rewards.

For 9.99 huge score. I'm sure the Dolby Vision will look a bit better but have no complaints at all on this and won't be getting any sort of collectors because new Ghostbusters is just cheese to me and I'm tired of reboots.

I haven't watched it in 4K yet, but look forward to getting the Ultimate Collection. As for grain, Labyrinth wins in that category.

Had covid for nearly 3 weeks and can’t find the ultimate collection anywhere. I guess I miss it and no chance of getting anymore in?

I saw it for pre-order on Amazon Canada but be prepared to pay more.

You should probably keep checking stores on release day. They might have some in stock then for a limited time.

So far, the DV remasters of 1&2 are confirmed in the deluxe ghost trap set.

I'm impressed that you're almost at 300 4K movies and somehow managed not to get the soon to be outdated GB and GB2 discs.

That's a fair question....

I had just purchased the "Mastered in 4K" digibook, but the 4Ks have been on my radar for some time. Almost got them during BF when they hit $10 but by then it was already rumored that we'd be getting them in DV.

I'd be surprised if Best Buy stores didn't at least have 1 or 2 copies on February 1st.

You would think so, but look what happened with the Dune 4K release. I feel like if the stores do get shipments, it will only be a few.

If you are prepared to pay they it’s still available from plenty of places it’s only the US release which seems to have sold out but then it’s half the price of the U.K. so not surprising.
