In terms of the later ^ (and vargo should love this), originally, that last ODEMAX link had timelines regarding availability (to distributors and consumers). Namely, something like this was originally listed on that ODEMAX page….

”Distributor Access – Jan. 2013
Home and Theatrical Service – March 2013”

Now, I notice that particular information has been removed from that webpage.
