"sometimes the mainstream/majority are correct"
Very objective, unbias statement there. Especially considering the realm of film we are talking about which is 'art' and therefore should not be labeled as 'correct' or 'incorrect'

I don't really buy that. I think I have watched enough films to know what is good or what is bad. Been watching films since I was 5 years old. I m now 41. Been obsessed with film all my life. Just because someone may claim 'Howard The Dick' is a all time great, doesn't make it right!
If I was to say Rocky 5 is by far the greatest film in the series, and a stunning piece of cinema, would the majority agree with me?

Storyline and technical aspects of a movie are two different worlds. For all I know Rocky 5 might have been the better one from a technical standpoint

Can I get an Amen to that?
You can get an Amen for the comic relief you bring on here.

This was almost as good when you said you've been watching 24p most of your life and then at one point you "found out the truth".

Please, keep em coming.

Thank you.

The truth is out there, if you take the blinders off...or the 3D glasses, in some cases

Crosstalk isn't a issue on my display but if it was I will just use the 100 inch screen on my VR headset and watch with zero crosstalk.

I preferred the 'been watching with smooth motion turned on' bit!

However, he is a 4K fan, so I can't dislike the guy! At least he is not a streamer and Digital HD collector.

Oh, and I guess a Rocky fan!

I thought I'd mention, that Sony support was able to delete and readd the UV copy. He said it was a common problem which they hope to have fixed.

You're so annoying Rocky. If you're over 15, I'd be blown away.

Class of 1973 here

By the way, I just purchased the 4K/Bluray for $12.50 from a disgrunted 60fps hater
