I'm wondering what kind of deals they're having at calendars.com. I get emails from them and now is the time of year to get one. I'll look for a landscape one, a European country most likely, and may see if they have any Deepika Padukone ones

I looove calendars and had about 6-7 a year for the past few years, but despite a Taylor Swift calendar I already purchased, I haven't really seen anything else interesting.

It doesn't help that Go! Calendars no longer has a store at my mall, just a tiny kiosk with limited calendars.

I swear my neighbor should be in a home. He seems to have trouble or acts like he is senile and needs help. One more year here and maybe I can move to a different apartment complex.

Holy shit, are we neighbors? We also have an elderly neighbor who we believe to be senile. He has recently walked up and down the hallway banging on everyone's door. I actually answered once and he just walked away. I was talking to our building manager and was told he does it whenever he forgets to take his medication. Not sure on the truth about that but my girlfriend has said multiple times that she believes he has some serious hygiene problems -she nearly gags when she walks past his door on her way to the mail room as there's a strong fecal matter odor lingering. Not sure if the two are related.

I am sorry for you. He isn't that bad but today he has gone outside without a key (maybe he lost it?) to front door and didn't understand what I was trying to tell him to call and get new keys. I dialed for him but he spoke to someone in the office and hopefully get new keys. I am tired of doing things for him.

Honestly he's to the point he shouldn't live on his own. It's a damn annoyance.

Strange, redbox usually sends a coupon on the exact birthday date, you can check if its in your account by logging into the website.

Target I believe was 5 or 10%. I don't know about Gamestop.

I thought that redbox would send them several days before, but I could be wrong. Last year, I had 3 free rental codes.

Last year, GameStop sent my 20%off one used game coupon weeks before. I do understand that with Covid & store closures that they are suffering, so I don’t expect anything this year.

But, I will continue to check my emails until my b-day.

No you're right, redbox sent them usually the first of the month. But they sent them on the birthday this year, at least for me.

Target IIRC didn't send an email but I saw the circle discount on the app. It didn't redeem perfectly in-store because the cashier had to do some extra work.

Coffee.

Today I switched from the dark roast I've been drinking (Death Wish Coffee) to a medium roast (McCafe....the McDonalds stuff). Lately, the dark roast hasn't been cooperating with my taste buds. It's weird. I would take a few sips and be done with it, wasting coffee in the process.

So far, I find the taste of the McCafe much more tolerable than the dark roast. I drink my coffee black, since I don't like cream/sugar. I usually make a 3-cup batch which fills up my Baby Yoda travel mug. With the dark roast, I only drank about 1/4 of the mug (if even); but with this McCafe stuff, I've drank over half the mug so far, and I'm still going.

DWC was only sold online or locally at Safeway stores (nearest one to me is about 30mins away) and is $20 for a 16oz bag. This McCafe was $6 for a 24oz can, and I can get it right here in town. So far, I'm happy with the change. I'd be open to trying other medium roasts, too.

I don't wear sports brand clothes, but damn Nike clothes are very ugly and cheap now. The material is thin as hell, the necks of the shirts are stretched out, etc. $25 for a shirt like that? ughhhhh.

Attempted to Christmas shop for one of my younger brothers and was disappointed greatly. Everything in his size was gone in stores. The Nike shirts are so damn thin!!! I saw a cute black Nike jacket and it was paper thin.. and it was $80! no way that was going to protect against any cold.
