It’s just a really fancy power conditioner or a light box with 8 outlets.

I’d love to buy one used at some point, perhaps. I actually do not have a dedicated power controller which is rather odd considering all my gear. Just a $40 APC surge protector.

A friend of mine had a Richard Gray’s conditioner but the sonofa***** sold it before I had a chance to make him an offer. They are the best of the best and weigh over 50lbs.

Perhaps I should just get one of those and save some money.

That's a lot of holes to plug.

Sorry, but your mama is right on this. We can't help or stop from aging, but we can control how old our hair can look. And it won't be any costly surgery on top of that. It costs me about $100-$120 to get my hair cut, colored, and shampooed. It is so worth it. It's not a vanity thing either. I just don't look right with grey hair. And I'm not too fond of the grey to boot. It makes me feel better about myself. There's nothing wrong with that. Plus, I'm not grey anywhere else, so why should my head of hair be grey? If your mama feels better all around without grey let it lie.

You only outgrow theme parks if you allow yourself to. I'm 51 and my oldest is 53. We still go to theme parks and love them. I don't ride the rides and never have. But I still have so much fun. The whole vibe of theme parks is just so wonderful. I love it. As for the price, you all must be going to some crazy places. I've never paid any of those prices for food at Disney World/Disneyland. Not even for the sit-down/reservation places. We go almost annually and the cost is SUPER reasonable. Y'all must have sucker written on your foreheads.

What the hell is going on? I feel like I'm being ripped off but insurance is mandatory. Not sure how some are able to afford it.
That tells you right there that you need to move out of California. Why anyone would choose to live there willingly is beyond me. I've never understood it. Sure, the weather is nice. At least when there aren't fires, mudslides, earthquakes. And not to mention droughts. I like my water too much to have to ration. Plus, I'm not all in with the craziness going on in that state. It's not perfect anywhere, but ANYWHERE is better than California. At least to me anyway. I never understood the appeal of New York either. More specifically NYC. Just not my kind of pace.

That looks like a good one. I have had my Belkin PF60 for the last 12 years or so. It has been a good soldier IMO.

Everything is up but car insurance especially. A lot of it had to do with the pandemic and shortages. I hit a deer and it took them half a year before they got all the parts. Now we’re being hit with record inflation so labor costs go up and the body shops pass those prices on to the consumer.

As fighthefutureofhd pointed out…Living in Cali ain’t doing you any favors. I’ve been with progressive for too long and they’re really hosing me. I need to shop around, they say to do it every few years.

Actually I’ve had several deer run into me. PA deer can be really dumb. Thankfully they’re not in pieces but I’ve seen some on the highway obliterated by trucks.

I just noticed you had that listed in your signature.

That Belkin is really nice. It is likely discontinued given its age. Not seeing any replacement on the Belkin site.

The one from McIntosh retails for $3k. I’d say it’s overpriced.

I don't drive (by choice), so NYC appeals to me more for the excellent 24 hour public transportation. I can get from Point A to Point B in and out and around the city relatively quickly and VERY cheaply. Having a car is just too much of a headache, too expensive and drivers are getting crazier by the minute. I've always dreamt of moving to Cali, though. It's a beautiful State with near perfect weather in most spots but a car is absolutely necessary. Sitting in traffic for hours on end isn't something I need in my life lol.

On the subject of high theme park food prices, theme parks offer passes that give you discounts but that's more of a gimmick. I'm surprised to hear that prices at Disneyland are "reasonable" - is it because of the passes? Paying for a pass to get discounted prices is like paying for water at a public water fountain lol.

The rich people they don't drive; they get driven by ... private chauffeur.
The rest they pay, because cars get stolen more every year...without mentioning the bad drivers killing innocent citizens.

In Kanada we have that problem too; high car insurances because of the numbers of car stolen that end up in different countries.
And what are the cops doin' about it? They can't do nothin'...they aren't allowed to open the containers @ the ports.

Give it time....that is what the fault line is for.....then it will simply be the Arizona Bay that remains.

Let me know when you buy that lightbox. It's party time.

I use 2 PS Audio Power Plant Premier AC Regenerators.
