Full English breakfast, definitely. Normally served in greasy spoon cafes. Those black coloured discs are called black pudding and very nice they are too. This pic is a super sized portion by the amount on the plate.

[Show spoiler]
I had the Full Irish one morning at the B&B while staying in Dublin. I actually had it with everything minus the tomato It was actually on an episode of one of Anthony Bourdain's shows that I learned what the black pudding is. I had to go back and watch it again to make sure that I heard him correctly lol

Not familiar with black pudding. Are they sweet? I’ll always try something once.

I do enjoy mushrooms paired with something else or on pizza or inside an omelette. I like baked beans too but just not at 8am. We usually have that with hot dogs or other grilled/bbq items and not served with eggs.

Not sweet, definitely not sweet. When folks realise what it is made from they tend to either accept it or gag violently.

It tastes perfectly fine and that pic does it justice.

White pudding on the other hand is just plain nasty.

I won't mention cow heel then. That food, I use the term loosely, should be avoided at all costs. Black pudding is 5 star dining compared to cow heel.

My 13-day vacation to Ireland back in 2013 ended up being just over 60 thanks to the car accident that I got in. If I had known before that it was going to buy me that much extra time, we could have called it a car purpose I wouldn't change the trip for anything. The only traditionally Irish meal that I had besides the Full Irish that one day was bangers and mash at a pub before the accident. I was expecting pork chops. Little did I know the chef was going to serve up a couple weiners lol They were good though.

I wouldn't go out of my way to have black pudding again but I'd definitely have it before I ever took a bite out of a tomato.

Okay, so I called in sick to work this morning. I had one alarm set for 8:35pm and one for 8:44pm. I had to be to work at 10pm. I woke up at 1:43am The thing is...I'm pretty sure right before I woke up, I had a dream that Conor McGregor shot someone. I feel like it was like at an estate with big gardens so maybe a country estate in Ireland or something. And he had this team that was out with magnifying glasses and they were looking for forensics to clean up. How ****ing strange lolol

Even soggy biscuits?

I did see that Kino initially had the rights but passed on it as it would be a major undertaking with 12 season. Can’t say I blame them. It’s probably going to be a $300+ set.

When I brought up the amount of discs, I was poking fun at myself because of all the scratched discs I’d have to deal with.
I wouldn't be too sure of that. Friends had 10 seasons and their 4K boxset doesn't cost near that much. I'm guessing $150-$200 MSRP with an actual price of $130.

Tuesday is my second day off in my weekend and it's cheap day so I'm pretty sure I'm going to see another movie this week. Assuming I see only one movie, I will have to choose between Warfare, Sinners and recent release The Accountant 2. I saved my XL popcorn tub from last time so hopefully I'll be able to get a refill with it. I appreciate that they're doing free refills again but instead of coming with a large, you have to get the XL size.

That was when I thought it was 62 discs. I agree it will be around the $150-200 range.

Wondering how I can get my one own credit card paid down enough to get the newly announced Vinyl box set of The B-52's Warner Reprise years collection that was announced last week. It's only on Rhino and limited to 2,000 copies. Have to think. Don't have enough to sell to McKay's. I wonder how hard it is to be a spe-- donor. I'd give plasma but i can't deal with all that needle crap and stuff. It's easier to donate my manhood (what little there is). Although, it's not quite that simple. Have to be sure to be off one of my medications. Otherwise, It's a no go for launch. I'd sooner have an easier time starting a 30 year old dead leaf blower. Heck, finding Jimmy Hoffa would be easier.

Hmmmm, Applebee's was the plan today or do I feel like Chili's? Basically it comes down to whether or not I want endless fries or endless tortilla chips. I was going to head to work to get my bike and then go to Applebee's but I could just walk to Chili's and then go get my bike afterward. God these choices I'm forced to make are difficult.

Gotta prepare for my NJ trip tomorrow. Not looking forward to waking up at 6am but at least the bagels will be fresh.
