i feel ya on that one.

i can't tell you how many times i was *****ed at because of the price of shipping a package next day, early a.m.

when i worked in a the ups store, we would always ask the customer (if they were shipping something) how quickly they needed it to be there. if they said, "i need it bo there as soon as possible; preferably tomorrow, in the morning."

i'd say, "ok, that will be ___usually close to, if not over, $100___"

they'd get this look on their face and then start in. "what the hell do you mean it'll cost that much?! i don't wanna pay that much just to send this; it's not perishable or important!" so i'd say, "ok, but you said you wanted it there tomorrow, in the morning."

"yeah, well who the hell pays that much to ship something?! that's just ridiculous!" i'd tell them that lots of people pay that much. then they'd start *****ing at me for wanting to charge them that much. i'd explain that we didn't set the shipping prices, those are set by ups.

i even had one try to get me in trouble with my boss when he walked in the store in the middle of the transaction. she went all ballistic on me right when he walked in and he came over and asked what was wrong. she told him that i was trying to up-charge her for a service she didn't want. i explained exactly what she said, as did a couple other people that were in the store, and he said, "well, he tried to give you exactly what you asked for." which was one of our "rules"; give the customer exactly what they ask for.

he was a cool guy, always stood up for us when he needed to. the customer wasn't always right, and he'd tell them that straight to their face.

but i tell ya, with customers sometimes it was like, "damn, how do you function out in public acting like you do? does your brain even turn on, or do you just go about your day like nothing else matters and it's all about you?"

i work in the golf bizz

So today we had a group make the turn in 2 hours and 42 min...so over a 5 hour round with 80 golfers behind them...i had to go out and warn them twice. Then the 3rd time i said "guys you either have to skip a hole or get a rain check..i can't have the whole day slow becasue of you.

Guy flipped out becasue he said he paid ect ect (he didn't he had a voucher from an outing last year ugh)

It's just amazing....they know everyone behind them is complaining and waiting every shot..yet they make no effort to pick it up for even 1 hole...they think they are entitled to play as slow as they want with no care for the other golfers.....unreal

Does anyone know if there is a way to view single episode ratings on imdb without doing the slide show viewing of 1 episode at a time? I'd like to view like whole seasons of shows at once. its annoying with shows with 22+ episodes so keep clicking and you cant compare them all at once..

Few thoughts on this fútbol match I'm watching:

1) I wish I was built as much as these guys are. I'd love to be able to run around non stop for 90 minutes.

You can do that on the app,Breaking Bad for example,click on Season 1 and it gives you all the episodes along with their ratings.
