Those are certainly good songs. I would actually give a listen to his live concert at the Nokia Theatre (it’s on YouTube) “Stop This Train” is a standout for sure.

why the mail is weird. I had 2 packages coming. they went through the same distribution center and I got one yesterday but the other went to another town. I've not bought new vinyl in awhile so I'm worried about it.

I just watched the morning news that I recorded and there was tough stories regarding dogs near the river that runs through the city where I live.
A few days ago, a man lost his life by going into the water to rescue a dog that wasn't his. A day later, rescue was called to rescue a dog, which they did.
Yesterday, rescue was called three times to rescue dogs that had gotten into the river. They got 3 of the 4 dogs.
I saw a video of a man on the edge of the ice reaching for a dog and someone in the background was shouting very harshly for him to get away. I assume that was Rescue. His leg actually broke through the ice when he was turning around.
Rescue has an official announcement today telling people with dogs to stay away from the river. I see pictures of the dogs that had gone into the river and they are dogs that are not the strong swimming dogs like Retrievers and shouldn't be anywhere near somewhere that can potentially be trouble. One lady with a small dog said she won't be back until the ice is all gone, which won't be too long from now.
I've been on the trail system here and know there aren't many spots where dogs are allowed off-leash. Only one I know of that is beside the river and it's around 1.7 kms, or just over a mile long and there are many trees separating the trail from the river.
I've also had our dogs, when they were in my life, swimming further upriver and know how strong the current is, it is VERY strong.

In my opinion, one man and at least two dogs have died because of negligent dog owners. If those dogs were on their leashes, or the owners weren't so close to the river, these accidents may not have happened.
My sister and I are starting to walk on these trails and I have started biking on them. If I see a dog owner not being responsible, It's likely that I'll be saying something to him/her/them. Hopefully people have clued in and that won't be necessary.
