I have the first shot and wear a mask.
I love being around my daughter and GrandBrats when I’m not here at work.

Masks at work (hospital)? Yes, when I'm in the actual hospital.
Masks anywhere else should be my decision since I've been fully vaccinated since February 17th.
Just applied for a Child Permanency Placement worker position but it says ABQ which is upstate and also I accidentally submitted it with my old phone number so I don't expect anything to come of it.

Games, games, games are on my mind.

- Best Buy has a sale on video games
- GameStop has a Memorial Day video game sale
- PlayStation store has a sale on video games

So many games and not enough money.

They have a lot of games on clearance e.g. Borderlands 3 $10, Far Cry 4 $9, etc. & PlayStation Hit titles for $10. There is an indie-type game that I want. I am looking to place an order for $35, so I can get free shipping.

It’s been terrible to see that Ethan Bear has been harassed and racially taunted online.
He wasn’t the only player who caused the Oilers to go down 4 straight. But being Native, he gets the worst fricken treatment possible.
****en pmo.

I think my energy provider is ripping me off. I live alone and am at work all day on weekdays but my electric bill is $80 a month. I've only just recently started using my A/C. I think ever since I signed up for automatic billing they think I won't check my statements and/or won't care. Am I gonna waste my time calling them up and trying to find out why my bill is so high?

Unplug everything except for the fridge when you aren't home

Make sure you don't have that variable thing like Texas heating did in February.

Call them or go there to discuss it

What do your statements say for electrical use? Are they estimating your usage instead of checking your meters regularly (or with a smart meter)?

Unplugging everything would require me to reach behind shelving units full of equipment in two rooms every day. I suppose I can unplug my coffee maker since it sits on a countertop but how much energy can a static coffee maker be pulling? Gonna have to call them.

As for the smart meter thing, I think this may be how they're gauging energy use. I don't think I've ever seen a meter reader in my building in the 5 years I've been living there. If they're estimating my bills, I don't understand how it's always $80-85. I remember getting bills half that much on certain months.

Mocking "Mot i Brostet" (one of Norway's biggest hit sitcoms besides Fleksnes , back then it had as huge ratings as XF......Nordin later went on to Oscar nom movie Elling)

The biggest star in MiB , however , was Arve Opsahl who had played Egon in Olsen Gang (14 times !) crime comedies

Chicken is overrated. It's only the most wildly eaten thing because it's the cheapest thing to get. Which is ironic because getting organic chicken is more expensive and harder to get than organic beef, eggs, fish, pizza, etc.

Yes, fried chicken taste good, but it's not because of the chicken. They use other ingredients to do that.

My landlord texted me the other day saying that he did the fixes that I mentioned to him. He said they also upgraded some stuff, but didn’t say what.
I’m psyched to see what they’ve done.

It's also quite versatile, it goes well with so many different things.

Chicken may be cheap but you have to cook it exactly right or you could get sick, or overcook it and have it dry and worthless.

but my absolutely fave chicken meal is the parmesan crusted chicken from Longhorn Steakhouse

i could eat that every day and never get tired of it.

So no big truck tomorrow and all of the couriers are closed so it'll be requisitions and nothing else. Guessing we'll be done by 2:30 and we'll probably run out of work to do before then lol.

My niece set my first appointment to get my Covid vaccine. I was sent a QR code thru email. It will be during a workday, so I will get time off.

My fiancee and I have had nauseating headaches all day today. I opened every window in our apartment and have the ceiling fans running to circulate some fresh air. We don't have a gas stove or furnace so I don't think it's CO2 poisoning and we haven't started using any new cleaning chemicals that could cause it. Still, it's alarming that we're both experiencing this at the same time.
