The most annoying coworker in our department is going to be out at least next Wednesday-Friday, hopefully longer. Going to check the calendar and see if her PTO will go into November. Going to celebrate by bringing in donuts on Wednesday. It will also be my honor, privilege and pleasure to refuse to do any of the annoying co-worker's work while she's out. I'll leave all of that to the woman who acts like she's her sister. I am not friends with that woman and I have my own responsibilities, so nope.

I feel like I've been hit with a ton of bricks. I am sore all over and my arthritis is flaring up. I don't think the trip caused this but I am hoping it doesn't get worse since I take the last trip next weekend. getting old sucks.

I think I'm going to permanently delete all my social media accounts, I was convinced by former co-workers to create a Facebook account to keep up with friends&family up back home in NY but there's just too much BS on it and it's been a big waste of my time to be honest. I simply don't care what my current&former co-workers, former classmates, cousins, uncles and aunts are doing and my immediate family never used it. I used Twitter back in my blogging days but I recently let that account get deactivated, I created an Instagram to document my road trip travels but I'm considering going back to a blogging interface for that purpose or even a physical, old-fashioned scrapbook. I'm not a professional photographer by any means and only have it for my own reference.

I was offered a job making 30 cents more an hour than my current job (which I hate). Only downside is no health benefits for 90 days. Decisions decisions..

Well working a job you hate is no way to go through life imo.

Would you enjoy the new position more than your current one, if yes then there's your answer. Hell it takes nearly 3 months to schedule a damn appointment with a doctor these days anyways, i would say that unless you are older and in declining health that should not be much of an issue.

5th interview since graduating in May on Monday. If I were my supervisor, I'd be deeply concerned about a member of my staff interviewing so much and I'd be trying harder to keep me happy. Oh well, it's most likely just a sucky bridge job anyway, hopefully I'll actually get this job. I don't remember applying for this position so I printed out my transcript and tomorrow I'll print out my resume. Will make multiple copies at work, let them pay for the paper and ink lol.

I believe annoying old lady co-worker is going to be out 7 shifts in a row, the jerk part of me is going to bring in donuts on her first day off and on November 1st to celebrate. I heard she's skipping to go volunteer at polls, which is nice for her but if I were a supervisor I wouldn't allow it. We do have a co-worker who's missed 27 shifts in a row now, beginning to co-opt her work station because I seriously doubt she's coming back.

I'm being lazy this morning - the option is either stir fry or just ordering a pizza - I had a really late night and slept from 4am to 9am this morning

I want to get a new tennis bag and while I use Head racquets, I'm considering getting a bag from a different brand and I feel a bit conflicted. There are a few head bags that I like but they're expensive right now.

I've officially entered the next phase of my life: I need reading glasses. I went from having perfect vision to not being able to real small print/text seemingly overnight. And this happened about a week after I was told I have Type 2 diabetes and now I'll have to jab myself every day to check my blood sugar. Eat your veggies and don't just sit around, folks. Everything the health nuts say is true.
