I wasted my time yesterday afternoon going back to eye glasses place and I still believe issues.


so few weeks ago I got new glasses, and I couldn't go back to my old eye doctor due to couldn't take insurance, so I did eye test doctor change prescription

I was seeing things like on my phone stretch reading little off when I'm outside I see big stuff like a step they bend them glasses a few times

anyways back to yesterday they fixed the right ear not hurting long extended of time, I didn't know was doing another eye exam I didn't have my old glasses with me left at home

so eye doctor was going back and forth me on eye machine old prescription and new I couldn't tell I actually hate putting my eye in machine looking at letters on sheet of paper up on wall head go side to side seeing letters

long story short basically told me to handle it and eventually over time things will be normal again like old glasses

i'm trying to wear them more at home but still I think issues I try to read something on phone this afternoon either I was tired little blurry or something was off

maybe when i'm wide awake see what happens wearing them however I still think he should had never change prescription in 1st place

then again perhaps I shouldn't had jump the gun at visionworks should had went somewhere else like Walmart get new glasses I don't think insurance can pay new glasses somewhere else I do have 30 days if I don't like glasses btw new prescription he cut half of eye stimming or something like that

yes It only been like 2-3 weeks wearing them heck I did 1 time get glasses over there long time ago like I said I don't know what is going on

Last day of The Year of Our Lord, twenty twenty-one AD. Had a mostly good year, got a 5K bump in salary I didn't even ask for (), haven't gotten hit by Covid, although sometimes I feel like I do have it, like yesterday morning when I woke up feeling lousy. Got my booster this morning, which went well but now my arm is sore. No other after-effects, yet, so at least there's that. But I do want 2021 to go away now. Nice knowin' ya. Happy New Year everyone.

Thinking about how much things changed for me in the last few months of 2021. Three months ago I started a new job, and even though it's only retail it's been very good for me, and I've been discovering new things about myself. My self-confidence has been rising, I've actually lost some weight (all that walking for work was bound to pay off), and I've been getting over my awkwardness of meeting new people and being comfortable around them, even the girls, and making friends, which has felt extremely nice and fulfilling. I've shared more laughs and fun times in the last few months than I probably have in the last few years. Granted, the job can be tiresome, and I still have work to do on myself, but I have to admit: I feel good. Better than I have in awhile. For the first time in a long time I'm actually really looking forward to the new year.

Bring on 2022!

I just want this to be further along, I know it just started but itching to change everything and improve my life and situation. The main thing I am shooting for this year besides or actually it helps my mental health is to finish writing Claire and get that published and try to tie it my Evangeline stories

I really need to work on my mental health this year. Most of the time I'm fine but I still suffer from anxiety issues which lead me to substance abuse which attributes to negative thoughts.

I've been in in a sorrowful mood most of the time since my granny passed on Saturday. Been trying to take my mind off her departure, but moments pop up throughout the day where I let loose with the tears. It's gonna be tough to get over this.

Sorry for being a Debbie Downer, but writing in my journal isn't enough.

I know I still have times when I miss my dad and cry and he's been gone since 2015. It's hard at first but they're always with you in the end. My condolences.

I was really close to her and that's why I'm so emotional. I know it'll get better as time goes on, but there's no way I'll stop shedding tears. Hardest passing I have experienced.

Yes there are ones whose impact are harder to bear. I was a wreck at my Dad's funeral and sometimes I still feel that way during his birthday and other reminders. Sometimes I wish it wasn't so hard to be human but then life as a robot wouldn't be fun.

I ordered Karate Kid 4k set on December 27th. I won't get it until January 10th.
I ordered Smallville on January 2nd and will get that on January 6th.

This is something weird to complain about, I know, but I don't like receiving gift cards. I got several for Christmas and I've used most of them but they now have small balances left that I'll probably never get to use. Vending machines are my best bet but I always have trouble using gift cards at vending machines (most won't take them). Amazon is about the only place I've been able to successfully use the cards but what can I buy for $3.29?

It's weird I ordered a paper shredder Jan 2 and won't get here until 14-16 which is odd but I suppose last year was different in shortening the delivery time after they showed something else.
