Had to go shopping for light bulbs after not having had to do so in more than 10 years (don't ask) and I was just standing there at Target confused as heck. All kinds of high tech lighting but no old-school regular bulbs. So I just grabbed a 100w 2-pack of "HD" bulbs (lol), took those suckers home and installed them both. Holy mackerel my kitchen looked like a desert at high noon. I may actually have to remove one. Man, it's scary how fast technology is evolving.

Dollar Tree has daylight 60w replacement LED bulbs
Actual wattage for them is 9w
They are 800 lumens.
They are great, lower the electric bill a lot, are brighter than incandescent and are only $1!
Well, 1.25 now... But still

48. I've been living with others up until 5 years ago so I, personally, have never had to shop for light bulbs. When I moved into my place the landlord had replaced all the lighting and they've been working - until now.

I wish I had dollar stores within walking distance (I don't drive). I live alone so my electric bill isn't stratospheric. Plus, I don't mind bright lighting - in fact, I prefer it. It's just that two of these HD bulbs are too bright together.

If I want to sell an item on fleabay and have $300 in pocket after all the bulls...t fees from fleabay and paypal and shipping, how much should I charge? I can't find a simple calculator that does both ebay and paypal at the same time

eBay doesn't bother with Paypal anymore. It's all in-house now at eBay, so just look up the selling fees (for your respective items) at eBay, figure out what the shipping will cost you in postage and mailing supplies and you're, more or less, set.

I know how you feel. Don't give up. Something will come along but these things take time.

All this talk about housing shortages because of supply chain problems - why don't they just build houses with good old-fashioned cement like they do in the Caribbean? They'll last longer and are better protected from fires and probably even provide better insulation. Plus, cement can be manufactured. You have to tear down forests to obtain wood.

Worked in Russia .

Look up exponential population growth, it’s terrifying. Next 20 years it’s gonna keep getting worse, we can’t build fast enough(probably even if we wanted too) to keep up with population growth. Around here the housing market keeps getting crazier(median house price is rising 20k every month right now), according to a realtor buddy it’s mostly big corporations buying up housing to make them rentals.

I’m getting impatient waiting for my new headphones.
It was supposed to be 2 day shipping but has been more than a week.
I should’ve bought local. What was I thinking?

What did you end up ordering? I feel your pain when it comes to shipping...and it's not even the freaking holidays!

Looking at the upcoming forecast. In the daggone teens next week for our low.

I ordered Sony WH 1000XM4.
They’re replacing some nice PSB’s that have served me well for almost four years.
After reading several reviews, I couldn’t resist the Sonys.

Those look nice. I'm still rocking my Bowers & Wilkens Px for flights - I love the gold and blue!

Where is your home located?

They are purchasing homes where people (especially younger workers) can easily find well-paying jobs. Some places that come to mind are Austin Texas, Phoenix Arizona, Atlanta Georgia.

These companies like BlackRock are not just buying random properties they come upon.

LinkedIn is surprisingly good. You can set your profile as looking for employment and your profile will pop up in different kinds of searches used by recruiters. One tip for LinkedIn: make sure you have an updated profile photo. Having a photo greatly increases your chances of getting a cold call from a recruiter or a response from a recruiter whom you contact.
