I currently have 3 jobs but since 2 of them are M-F jobs, that will change shortly. Only a question of how much longer the 7-3:30 M-F job I am replacing will last.

When you want to ask a girl out on a date but you've been a bit too friendly with her mom

And her mom and I haven't done anything at all and I don't think we ever will but we've joked around enough to where it would be awkward wanting to take her daughter out. Mom is my age and he daughter just turned 25 a couple weeks ago. Her daughter came in yesterday and she was wearing a white top and some 3/4 blue Adidas pants

Nice. I'm still waiting for four movies to be shipped out by Target. I think I ordered them on the last day of the B2G1F deal and I'm surprised they haven't shipped out yet. I'm also waiting for a Steelbook from Amazon Italy and it's already in California should it should be delivered soon.

Hadn't realized the B&N sale had started. The only Criterion title on my radar right now is last year's High Sierra with Bogart.

I think most of this will be determined by your state's tenants/renter's rights.

I recommend finding a local attorney who specializes in renter's rights and hopefully you'll be able to find out within the first 10 minutes of your free consultation, if you have any real legal ground to stand on and what you actually get after legal fees, even if only half, it's better than nothing IMO.

If you're lucky, the attorney in that area you contact could already be handling clients from the same apartment and will probably be able to expedite this. But I don't know what the timeframe could be. Maybe your attorney only has to put in a phone call to the apartment management, who upon recognizing the legal implications will immediately send you a check, or they ignore your attorney and have them speak their with legal rep and then it could take a while.

The most easy-going experience I had as a tenant to getting my deposit returned was in home rentals, I knew the person renting the home to me so that obviously helped. However, I can't say I've had as easy-going an experience with renting an apartment.

Best of luck and hopefully you don't have to spend too much time or money on getting your deposit back.

This is one of the few times I'm glad I can't hear 99% of things while I'm asleep so I can doze right through fireworks. Looking forward to a 3-11 shadow shift tomorrow with holiday time and a half pay. We'll see how the supervisors at the M-F job I'm leaving react on Tuesday when I hand in my notice.

Placed an order for an Xbox controller for store pick up @ Target, but it is not in-stock anymore. Opted for the free shipping to my home, so I will get it sometime next week. Saves me a trip to Target.

I woke up this morning with five quarter size bruises down my right arm. I checked the bed and there wasn't anything in it for me to have rolled over on. Weird.

My wife and I just had dinner at a new Italian restaurant/market that is about a mile from our home. She enjoyed her carbonara quite a bit, but I gotta tell ya: the chicken parmesan I ate was the best I've ever had. And, I've had a lot of chicken parm. This wasn't a sandwich; the seasoned and fried filet was in a giant bowl of spaghetti and marinara. I have never had chicken this tender. We took our tiramisu home because we were both STUFFED. I look forward to eating that later...
