Why do doctors think that their time is more valuable than everyone else's? I sat in the waiting room for two hours past my appointment time as just as I got up to walk out they called my name. Then the nurse took me back to the room and I waited another 45 minutes.

Well, I won't be sleeping tonight. My cat just brought me a six inch long snake that he had been playing with. Not sure how it got in the house but I took it away from him and set it loose outside. Luckily for the snake the cat didn't do any damage.

I went to town, on Thanksgiving meal last week and had two plate servings, but the last five days I've reverted to having very minimal food and not in a good way

There’s an issue here at work that may be wearing on my attitude.
I had been doing well on trying to stay positive and it’s a continual work in progress. Others have mentioned it.
I love my job and don’t want to leave here. But the attitude that I have, I’ve had before and I don’t usually last very long when an acceptable solution isn’t apparent.

I'm wondering if I've uncovered something toxic in this apartment the more I declutter/downsize. My daughter's been complaining of headaches and nausea all day and I just started feeling it myself. Neither of us have had much of an appetite and have been unusually tired lately too. Honestly it seems like carbon monoxide poisoning to me, but there's nothing in this apartment that puts off carbon monoxide that I'm aware of so I don't think that's even possible, it might not hurt to pick up a CO2 detector just in case though

That can be very serious and I would get out of there and pick up a detector to rule out CO2 poisoning. I have a detector that does both smoke and CO2.

Having worked in the automotive and trucking industry I know how serious CO2 poisoning is. I'm definitely picking up a detector after work today.

God I hope not, this apartment was brand new when I moved in two years ago and as a "minimalist" (loose term) I try to keep it squeaky clean. I haven't seen any mold, I've dealt with mold in past apartments I've lived in, its horrible.

Call 911. Explain the situation and they can get the fire department out to test. Do it IMMEDIATELY.
