I just saw a Dunkin' commercial with Ben Affleck and someone calling themselves Ice Spice. I could not understand a single word this person was saying. I rewound the commercial and watched it again. I also turned on close captioning, but this commercial isn't captioned.

I'll visit Wikipedia after I post this to find out who they are (I haven't a clue), but I have to know: is this the new trend? Hiring people for commercials who are unintelligible? What's going on?

I saw that one too. Not familiar with Ice Spice but I assume she’s one of those up and coming rappers.

I suppose Ben put on the thick accent to make the commercial more funny? The Super Bowl ad was much better.

Isn’t Ice Spice a Spice Girl? Like the one who married the soccer player.

Nope; that's Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham). I should be ashamed for knowing that, but I'm not.

Ice Spice isn't a Spice Girl. Again, I should be ashamed...

Yeah, there’s a baby spice and a few others too. But Ice isn’t one, huh? Go figure. Speaking of ice, how about Vanilla… Alright stop, collaborate and listen. Ice is back with the brand new invention… 🧊 🧊 👶

I really want to down downsize my whole collection. Like from 2,000 down to 500. It’s basically impossible though. It would be weeks, if not months worth of work. Taking photos, checking sold prices, creating listings.

Maybe it’s cause I’m getting older or something but I’d rather have a couple hundred of my favorites on disc than a couple hundred of my favorites and ~1,500 others I’ll watch once..maybe.

I’ve also got lots of movies in my collection that I’ll probably never get around to watching again. But unless it’s a matter of storage, I say keep ‘em on the chance feelings change. They aren’t worth much to resell if they are it’s a pain.

From my experience moving thousands of Laserdiscs and finding huge lots, I would try to find a buyer who will take your entire lot. It will be less time consuming for you. You'll take a loss but it's a lot easier vs. all the time listing individually. Sort out the expensive and more desirable ones and perhaps list those separately.

The fact that most discs are worth pennies on the dollar is one of several reasons I no longer invest into my library like I used to. Could've sworn I had BBT on BD, guess not. Going to imagine I meant to get it but then watched it on Max instead so I should get it soon. Still one of my favourite live-action shows of all-time.

From everything I’ve seen online, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and others, the average selling price for a used blu-ray now is $2-3. The average selling price for a used 4K is around $8-10.

I came home right after work which I rarely do. So now I'm home and I'm wondering where I'm going to go eat. I was thinking I might just go to Red Robin for their amazing Mountain High Mudd Pie. I'm just remembering that I had considered making the drive out to Golden Corral. It looks like it'd take just over an hour so I think I'll pass.

Soooooo, where to eat????

Yeah it’s crazy how cheap they’ve become.

Only lost 1 ball yesterday while golfing. Damn water holes.
I had some good drives though.

I think I need to go through my BD collection again and anything I can't see myself watching again anytime soon needs to get tossed in a pile. Then take the pile to that movie retail place in El Paso and see how much I can get. Hopefully it'll be more than a small amount.

I thought about donating a good chunk to the local library-about 500 or so. As much as I would be doing them a favor, my beloved collection would likely become trashed because library discs always are and that would upset me.
However, I would want a library room or wing dedicated to me for the generous contribution.

You just listed two of my least-favorite places to eat, so I can't help you. At least you didn't mention Applebee's...

It's that song that went viral awhile back, something like fancy like date night at Applebee's.
