I love my iPod Touch (wish I still had my Classic(s) but the collector in me also likes having physical CDs on the shelf. One of my first orders from Amazon China was a Dido CD and I'm pretty sure the cost of the CD and the shipping was less than the cost of the CD here in the States lol

About to put $50 into my savings account but I'm thinking I might want to do a little shopping at Target during their B2G1F

I tried to go outside and look at it with my Oakleys but all I got for my trouble was temporary eye strain.

Yeah oakleys won’t do anything for you. A welders mask is probably the only decent substitute aside from the certified glasses which all seem to be sold out.

About to head to work and then eat dinner and my afternoon snack. Been putting off the housekeeping I need to do before my father gets home tomorrow. I doubt it's much(it'll probably take me 1 hour or less) but I just don't wanna do it lol.

Watched this last night. It’s a 4-part doc concluding next Sunday. A lot of stuff I did not know. Very tragic story.

Found out this past Saturday about the bolt of lightning that hit the Statue of Liberty's torch (saw a picture/photograph of it after doing a web search).

Costco hotdog is on the left. Sam’s Club is on the right.

Which is better?

Right is the correct choice. Never liked dogs that stick out of the bun, makes them harder to eat.

I can't judge a hot dog by looking at it. Taste is most important.

I keep forgetting to call that tailor shop that is fixing the hole in those track pants and ask the woman if my pants are ready. I need to do that tomorrow.

The back stairs to my room and the kitchen floor are both dirtier than I expected, I'll mop both tomorrow after breakfast before I go run.

Guessing nobody's mopped those stairs this year so probably overdue anyway.

It’s funny that Best Buy no longer sells movies but they’ve still got vinyl lol.
Like vinyl in twenty years from now we'll see more 3D Blu-rays making a come back.
Just have to be patient, like the vinyl lovers loyalists romantics, that's all. Nostalgia, romance is a winning recipe.

And twenty years from now (in 2044) we'll be fully AI impregnated.

It’s wild. I was at Best Buy on Sunday. This is one in NJ which always had a massive selection. It was slowly disappearing after Christmas. Completely gone now. The space is now for tv boxes lol but off to the side you see a spot for vinyl and they’ve got around 75 or so for sale.

Vinyl=still profitable. Movies= dead apparently

Movies probably don't sell well if they're not new and popular. So to a retailer, those discs are just taking up valuable floor space.

I hope Best Buy will do “shippers” for the holiday season. I doubt it considering they removed the “movies” tab from their website.

It's the same in Canada; Best Buy is out of Blu-rays (almost, only ten to twenty titles left) and they still have TVs, fridges, stoves, batteries, iPhones, iPads, guitars, albums.
We also have drug stores we called London Drugs; they have more vinyls than CDs and Blus combined. And, the albums cost $50 on average and they sell couple turntables made of cheap plastic to play them...Fisher-Price style.

* They told me @ Best Buy (manager) that they will have zero Blu-rays soon.
...Only online and very expensive.

We live in a different world; we have to adapt with the times.
Movies are going the way of the dodo.
Electric cars are in, drugs are in, sex ...
