Thinking about the things I'm going to do today in addition to the 4-8 shift tonight. Also thinking I need to expand the number of authors I read regularly.

I was wondering if you did your 8 mile run yesterday and if so, how often you do that? Is running something you enjoy doing or are you training for an event?

I run year round and currently run 2 full marathon races and 1 50k a year.

I don't know if I could handle the emotional impact of watching a 9/11 show.

Which is likely why I put it off for so long. It’s centered around the events leading up to the 9/11 attacks along with the weird rivalry between the CIA & FBI.

This Cowboys draft is underwhelming so far, at least the Wolves are handling business so far against the Suns in Phoenix.

Of course the CIA and the FBI have a rivalry, it's all about proving who has more intelligence.

3-7 shift has been canceled just like last Saturday so I will go for my 8 mile run as soon as this comfort keepers shift ends

I actually like the look of the cyber truck. It's a decent design that doesn't necessarily rest on the "oh wow, angles" factor

Picked up a 8-12 CK shift tomorrow, replaces today's 3-7 Nezzy Care shift. Part that sucks is that it's really far away, plus I will have to go run immediately after work. That is assuming I go number 2 before I get off work, 15 miles after 8 miles is going to be a nice test for my recent improved marathon/ultra training.

Caught a mouse last night around 1am on a glue board. Put him outside and trap and mouse both gone in the am. Maybe another animal got him. There could be a raccoon walking through the woods with a glue trap attached to him lol.
