Hilarious that the cop specifically listed that his pants were irreparable and valued at $80 in his report! He is setting himself up for a huge lawsuit methinks.

I never stick to my schedule medicine-wise. I can't really. I have some medicines that affect my Big Ben and it won't chime at all. I have stop taking those meds for a couple of days if I want to be like Old Faithful. Otherwise, I'll end up like Morrissey or like one of the characters in The Smiths song.

It can and does expire but if stored properly can last much longer. I have a bottle close to 10 years old and it still smells good. It better for what I paid!

I think I still have that particular cologne. It was my fiance's. And he had it when I met him over 24 years ago. Who knows how old it is.

I've bought LoTR so many times I will never do so again unless it's a can't-miss definitive release that's somehow reasonably priced.

No way it will be reasonably priced with the import costs but apparently there will be a group buy for it. No idea if they will be sold individually or as a set. I assume the latter as most will want all 3.

It will be hard for me to justify purchasing another Steelbook set but they do look 10x better than the Best Buy exclusives. I’ll probably pass if we get no new features. I doubt it will be a “definitive” release. Only way we get that is if they remove all the DNR crap to alter the films to look similar to The Hobbit trilogy.

I love when someone plops themselves down next to me on tiny commuter bus loveseats and spends half the time squirming and wiggling around trying to get comfortable. Those seats are designed for two skinny people or one adult and one child. I would never impose myself on strangers like that, no matter how badly I want that seat.

Come at me with a trade-in program for the 4ks I own and better transfers for about $40 after trade-in and we'll talk.

That still wouldn't be definitive. For it to to truly be definitive, it would have to have include the following:

• All three theatrical films in 4K done with a new scan of the negative lovingly restored by the best in the business.
• All three Extended films in 4K done with a new scan of the negative lovingly restored by the best in the business.
• A new 4K cut of all three films told together as one story painstakingly done by Peter Jackson over three discs.
• ALL of the original bonus material restored in 1080p at the very least.
• All new 3-hour retrospective on the films, the making of them, their impact, and the behind-the-scenes process to producing the extended cuts
• The Lord of the Rings and The Return of The King animated films fully restored in 4K.
• All-new full-length documentary of the making of the two animated movies.
• And finally, A proper 4K restoration of the film Lord of The C-c- Ring.
