I'm not really a baker yet lol, I am finally starting to come around on blueberries though. So the changes for me this year so far appear to be:
Doing real cooking at least once a week
Run 100+ miles every month
Eat more real food and less processed food
Continue to try to get 8 hours of sleep a night
Weight's actually gone down a bit and I'm doing better with training than I was in 2023, seem to be at about the same level of running fitness as 2022. Gotta keep it up if I want to improve as a marathon runner and increase the distances I can run in ultras.

Dear God!!!! How do you do it? I can barely tolerate the animals I am helping out with this weekend. And that's because they are cooped away and leave me alone.

I'm hoping to visit my parents again in July or August. It will be only the second time that I've seen them in four years and that's absolutely crazy to me. I'm hoping that I might be able to visit them for four weeks. Maybe sometime this week, I'll start doing a little research on places that we can visit. They've been out there on the coast for 4 years now. They're currently living in Brunswick which is in between Savannah and Jacksonville, Fl. I'd like to visit the mountains so I'll look to the northern part of the state and see what kind of an itinerary I can put together. Really I should leave that to my mom though as she's the best trip planner

If you have a 5.1.2 or a 5.2.4 or a 7.2.4 or a 9.4.6 Dolby Atmos set-up, do this:
Turn off all the channels (including the LFE channel) except for your height channels (be it 2, 4 or 6) and put some of your favorite 4K Blu-ray flicks and listen (go directly to your favorite scenes). Take your time, over few days, try various flicks. ...And acquire some further knowledge on Atmos.

Or, just don't. Don't take the time and don't test. Just take it all as a sales pitch you just buy into. Be simple, spend your money where your beliefs stand.

It's fun taking the time and learn. That, is on my mind regarding Dolby Atmos.

Yeah when I finally get it back from Planet Fitness I fully intend to give it a good scrubdown with clorox wipes before I open it again.

I wonder if anyone could advise me. I am being harassed by a sock account that is using my user name and then adding obscenities to the end, they are also sending me derogatory private messages.
The mods are doing their jobs and deleting the sock accounts, but they just keep creating new socks, and what’s worse, they are thanking posts from myself across multiple threads, so that many members can see the abusive user name.
Basically using the ‘thanks’ option as a weapon to harass me.

What would you guys do?

Yeah I haven't been to that Planet Fitness since then because it'd be the only reason I go. If the 9-3 individual doesn't ask to go to that gym this week I'll go get it between shifts on Thursday.

Did you call to confirm it was there or just going to stop in and see? When it comes to lost and found...The longer you wait the worse the outcome lol.

A family member lost their iPhone during the chaos that is the TSA line at the airport in NYC. Did not realize it until we made it to the gate and by then they were doing final boarding. Do you want to miss your plane or not have your phone for the week? We went for the latter even though that is not how you want to start a vacation. Thankfully they did recover it but when we flew back and went to claims they wanted a tip lol. Everyone wants a freaking tip these days.

They asked me for my phone # to text a survey and it was basically asking if I wanted to tip. I'll tip the person who actually turned it in but not some random person behind a window.

My 9-3 guy has been looking into an iPhone but I wouldn't do it if I were him unless I could get 1 for substantially less than $1K. Lot of money to sink into a phone without a steady stream of income,

I wish I felt better. I went to bed later than I intended and woke up MUCH earlier than I intended. It has thrown me all out of whack. I hope this doesn't affect my working out. This whole stupid thing started yesterday when I started rearranging my DVDS, 4K UHD-BD's, Blu-rays, CDs, and books in my entertainment center. I think the entertainment center looks better when it's filled up. I am currently low on music and movies due to the photoshoot. The only other movies I have are adult. So I was trying to add SOME of those in to help fill the space. I had stuff all over the place and couldn't leave it like to go to bed. I still ended up rearranging again this morning because I didn't want to have THAT many adult movies on display, but whatever. I'm never satisfied. How do you all handle this? I need help.

I was just at that 9-3 house and the shift was canceled by the supervisor at the agency in charge of his account. That house is right next to that Planet Fitness my book is at and if I had remembered before I had gotten closer to my house, I would've gone there to get it.
