The future combination of science and capitalism will have to save us from this plastic deluge, somehow. When you hear of things like artery blockage from microplastics, it may be too late for anyone reading this.

It is very true what you're saying. There's lot of bullshit in plastic that supposed to get recycled and in the end end up in landields. But we have to do our best because that's the best we can do.

I always bring my own shopping bags to help.
And I recycle my eggs cartoons, no matter what they're made of.

I think deep down it makes me feel like I’m at least trying to better society and contribute when it comes to sustainability and the future. Apparently you’re not supposed to recycle pizza boxes either due to all the grease and cheese that ends up sticking to it. I still do it.

Back when ammo was cheap, my father and I would shoot most of the cans and bottles in the back yard.

That is a problem. Sorry to hear. Don't get me wrong, as I have nothing but respect for women. And I think they are great, but they can be a real headache sometimes. I guess my view is colored since I have known some women who are just the worst.

Huh? Not sure what you are talking about. When I mentioned helping with melons, I was referring to fruit. Since you did say a grocery store is a great place to meet people. If I said anything that was awful or cruel towards women then I am truly sorry for that was not my intention. I have nothing but love and respect for women, but I may not have shown that.
