Get The Bose alarm clock. it will let you put in a cd to wake up. it's the greatest. If you cannot find one, let me know. I am not using mine and I'm sure we can come to some arrangement.

Also stopping at IKEA to view the SS United States which is across the street. The ship is being evicted soon which is a shame but she’s been moored up there since ‘96.

Raising Cane's is the best. You can't go wrong with anything there. One just opened up shortly after I moved to my new place. Expect long lines though. At least mine has them.

Yeah sometimes if I read too much I start getting drowsy and stuff starts to run together, guessing it's my ADHD. Definitely made studying and doing other schoolwork a lot of fun while I was working on my degree.

Have 2 different DDW agencies getting ready for me to work for them after I get back from Minnesota but politely I think I'm going to go with the 1 where I'll be an actual employee instead of a contractor.

My alarm clock is my Amazon Echo and it always gets me up because it's so loud. The volume is so high I actually have it at about 20% which still gets me up but doesn't quite rouse the entire household.

The box combo at Canes is my go to. I get 2 meals out of it. 4 fingers, fries, slaw, texas toast and a drink. You'll want to add an extra sauce too. You can sub out the slaw for an extra toast if you desire. I like the slaw so I get it. Pro tip: get the toast "bob" butter on both sides. But if it were me, I'd hit Pat's or Geno's if I'm in Philly.

I’ll be on the outskirts and not directly downtown otherwise I would stop at Geno’s. The box combo looks like the best way to go. Thanks for the suggestion. I like slaw so I’ll give it a shot vs. substitution.

How is the iced tea from there? I guess Ice-T is their spokesman.

Seriously, all I did yesterday was bloodwork in Central Islip at the doctor, a pricey trip to the cleaners a quarter mile down the block east and an inexpensive milk purchase at 7Eleven a quarter mile up the block north. Not quite the good time Justin Timberlake had before the arrest, but much better than after that!

No idea which film I'm going to be seeing with my 4-8 individual but guessing by the local theatre site, it won't be Inside Out 2. I'll probably just take him to something we've seen before and wait to see Inside Out 2 next week.

Their iced tea is pretty good. They have both sweetened and unsweetened. I prefer the unsweetened.

so last night after i went over planet fitness for class old trainer and his sub since old trainer going to be going vacation next 2 weeks

anyways after did full body workout they decided to put me on rowing machine 1st off had some problems putting feet on peddle thing fasten it for me i try to least go to 6:30 and stop i did go up to 8 according to what machine saids

but didn't want to go anymore so i like try to unfasten<-think got little too tight i saw another rower women try to get attention no response then i thought lift leg out nada

left leg was starting to fall asleep/hurt a little bit so i sat look around got my trusty phone out had to call front desk i need help sure enough old trainer came and unfasten and i got out meh

still little sore work out yesterday and tired may try to go back pf tomorrow not sure but am not a fan of rowing machine<-try to avoid that

I swear those footholds for the rowing machines can only accomodate the feet of preteen ballerinas.

What I've found that works best is to first loosen the top strap (that goes over the middle-top of your foot) as far as it will go, then take your thumb and pull down on the very little bottom catch that holds your heel in place. Then slide your foot directly down and out of the contraption altogether.

This is advice coming from a guy with size 13s (and counting) to give you an idea of my starting point.

I like the rowing machine. In spurts. It's an exercise machine that's not intuitive. Most people do it wrong at the start. Once you get the hang of it, it will wear you out in a good way.

I can’t believe how expensive windshield wipers can cost. A single wiper, on average, is $20 per and up to $40 per.

I went to Walmart and bought a pair (Rain-X) for a little over $24. Had I bought the best brand Bosch, it would have been $80 for a pair of wiper blades. $80?! I don’t see $80 worth for a strip of rubber, metal and plastic.

I may have to look @ Amazon in the future.

I've got to replace mine, but I'm lazy
