Thinkin' I might take off this afternoon to see Venom. It just depends on the cost of an Uber. If I decide to go the movie straight from work. I may decide to see a later movie showing and take the bus.

Bought some pho to go but when I got home 2 hrs later the raw meat was half cooked as they put the hot broth on top of the container which heated it up. Not sure if it will be good now.

Two weeks ago I had a pretty good interview. Seems like a good group of people I'd work with for a good company. And I have experience and it would be much more aligned salary-wise with what I previously had been making.

And still waiting to hear... this is the part I hate. As far as I know, the hiring manager finished interviewing sometime last week.

I have decided not to proceed with two separate surgeries on my hands. There is less than 10% of the normal amount of cartilage in the palm/back of each hand. But even though they are in pain much of the time, they are fully functional. Screw that surgeon, too. That’s another phone number I can remove from my contacts. I will wait until I would personally cut them off past the wrist before I would let them cut the freakin’ hands.

I'm planning on going to Straw Hat Pizza where I used to work to watch the 49ers game this morning. I was going to get a pizza but I have a few coupons for Burger King that expire today and I really want to use one more. They have one for $6.49 that includes 2 Whopper Jrs. and 2 medium fries. Awesome deal I'd say. I might go there first but then I'll feel bad if I don't get anything at all at Straw Hat. Maybe I will get something light from Straw Hat.
The coupons come in what we call Advo at the post office. I'm not sure what the street name the kids are calling it these days but you'll get grocery store ads and you'll get coupons for restaurants. I'm not sure how often BK is popping up these days so I want to take advantage of them. Now, if it was Carl's Jr., I wouldn't sweat as I would know that I'm bound to see the same coupons again soon.

Anyway, so that's my dilemma. Arrrrgggghhhh, the stress is too much sometimes!

I'm planning on seeing two more movies in the theater today. Quite a few films opened so this will be my third day of double features in a row.

Heretic and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever were both very enjoyable. I didn't care for Small Things Like These or Memoir of a Snail. Hoping for the best, but not expecting much from Elevation and Weekend in Taipei.

I'd choose pizza without hesitation over Burger King every time. Pizza can make for great leftovers, too.

Had to try the new pickle sandwich from Jimmy John’s after Wabo got one.





He was right..it’s pretty meh and almost $9! I would not get it again.
