I cook pinto beans in a pressure cooker; takes about 90 minutes. So much better and cheaper than TH. Freeze extra portions, so can cook 10oz at a time without waste.

It looks like my drug plan was able to get my new medication for a discount; instead of it costing $143,000 per dose (injected every three months) they only had to pay $120,305.81. What a deal.

October's monthly cost is a new record and that year-to-date total is

Perhaps the most important decision I make today is if I go to Costco or BK. Hmmm

Need to help my Aunt with two Rokus (one she washed the remote but it's useable since I set up her phone last time) and the other is just not functioning (few suspicions all five minutes fixes). Also need to help get her storm door up only issues are distance/time lately and feeling like absolutely shit in general lately. I wanted to do it today but had something else come up and with how early it gets dark ugh.

I ended up getting some rest after work and just ended up walking to Taco Bell Cantina. I bit off a bit more than I could chew though. I ordered three bean burritos and while I was waiting for those, I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos. I should have just stuck with the three bean burritos. I couldn't finish one so I took it home with me but I ended up giving it to a fellow resident.

That’s a lot of burritos!

A little throwback to the Costco supreme pizza slice. Sadly discontinued during COVID.

Thinking about the last hurricane that went through, and everyone got in their cars to drive around and look at damage. Then, they complained that they couldn't get any gas.

This is what $20 got you in 2005.

I found a dead mouse in my hallway the other day. I could hear a mouse in distress. It makes me wonder if it was hurt because there was a round mark on its back like it was burned or something. But I just found it like that.

My flat is full of dried up mice droppings. Yuck!

I could have a 20 inch margarita pizza pie at Uncle Giuseppe’s for $25 with two sets of three garlic knots for $3 a set and two 16.9 ounce bottles of Poland Spring water for $6 a bottle going into 2025. And Uncle Giuseppe’s is indescribably superior to Taco Bell in every way!

How much is all of that food and soda from Taco Bell going into 2025?

What’s the deal with Uncle Giuseppe’s? Heard a lot about the store over the years. I think there’s one close to Rockaway.

So the GP referred me to get a diagnosis of agoraphobia. I reckon they will take their sweet time getting back to me, as it's partially for a court matter. But you know how the NHS gets a huge backlog of applicants sending in paperwork, so it must be a chore getting through each form.
