Since I’m not going to the premiere of Snow White at the El Captain Theater, I wanna wish everyone good luck at the premiere tonight and I wanna make sure everyone is watching the new movie on Friday.

I said I wanted to save up a certain amount for a down payment on a motorcycle last year. I wanted to try and put $8,000 down which would be close to half on the cruiser I want. Well, I ended up using that money to pay off my car which was the smart move. Now, I've decided that I want to put down a certain amount on the bike and with yesterday's paycheck, I made my goal. I'm still not sure if I'm going to get a bike though. Besides the safety issues, I don't feel comfortable owning one without any kind of mechanical skills at all. Sure I own a car and don't have any mechanical skills, but owning a bike without them feels different.

But let's assume that I do get a bike. Part of me wants to continue saving and putting as much down on the cruiser as I can. I'm even thinking maybe I might wait until the 2026s are announced/released and go from there. I would hope to then finance a dual sport bike not long after financing the cruiser. No one wants one vehicle payment, let alone two, but I wouldn't be financing a great deal of money.

But then part of me is like maybe I should just go out and buy that dual sport now and I can have a bike tomorrow or by Tuesday. I could pay cash for it and that's one less thing I have to finance. I would have a little left over to start building that cruiser down payment back up.

And as much as I talk about motorcycle motorcycle motorcycle, I'm thinking about it even more. If I was rich though, I wouldn't be thinking about it too much. I'd just go buy my shit and then be done with it

I have noticed something about myself and the clothes that I wear. It doesn’t matter the occasion, I gravitate almost exclusively to the following colors: black, gray, dark blue. Occasionally olive green.

Wondering when the price of eggs will go back down, or if it they will stay expensive and follow the same routine that gas prices do....which never go back down to previous prices after a price spike.

For such a big ticket item....if you are not fully invested 100% into getting the bike....just wait and see if you keep getting the itch and if that itch seems more urgent when it arises. IMO, getting a bike is a commitment.

What bothers me about eggs is that it's only supposed to take about 4 months before chickens can begin laying eggs. Why haven't the chickens that were destroyed by bird blu been replenished by now? This is a case of companies price gouging.

Yeah, you are right about that. I imagine myself taking the cruiser out often and all of the rides that I'm looking forward to going on but I'm not, say 1,000% onbaord with the idea yet, despite how much I think and talk about it.

I really want new and I can't help it. I want what I want. But, I suppose I wouldn't mind getting a used dual sport as much and there was one in particular at a shop that I recently visited for the first time. I heard some good things about the place too. I forget what bike it was but it was a dual sport. Let me check my pictures. It's a Suzuki DR200SE for $2,500. I'll check the shop's site and see if it's still listed.

The Suzuki DR650 that I'm looking at retails at $7,100 so while the used bike is considerably cheaper, and OTD close to $8,000 is not at all chump change (for me), the dual sport is considerably cheaper than the Scout that I want. But yeah, what if I bought the used bike I saw and then I decide 1) riding, for whatever reason, isn't really for me or 2) this bike is all I'll need. I don't need to own another bike. Buying that used bike would make a whole lot more sense and would save me a lot of money.
But, that SuzukiDR200SE is pretty small and probably not ideal for the freeway riding that I would inevitably do at some point.

Anyway Fors, you type one, two sentences and I proceed to write a book so I'll shut up for now

I now mostly wear blues. I do throw in some browns, burgundies, greens, pinks, purples and reds, though.

I have a peach polo shirt, where peach is a type of orange, but a nice one.

I now reserve black for dressier or more formal attire and shoes and, sometimes, sneaker soles, where sneakers are casual. But I have nothing in midnight blue, which is “more black than black”.

And I now reserve greys, specifically, sterling silver, for cufflinks and my ring and silver tone metals fo belt buckles, for parts of braces, which are called suspenders in North America and South America, and for parts of watches. I also now reserve greys for sweatpants, socks with sweatpants and, sometimes, as a secondary or less than secondary color for sneakers.

I now reserve white for a secondary or less than secondary color for sneakers. I also now reserve white for pocket squares and undershirts.

And I reserve off white for dress shirts.

That’s all for the colors that I wear.

In Canada we have chickens, we have eggs and we have potash.
It would be with great pleasure to send you some. How many would you like?

That's pretty much me too. My watch band and phone case are army green, and the handful of hats that I wear regularly are either camo or solid olive green.

I have some clothing in the color as well as a pair of shoes from Le Coq Sportif. I even saw an Audi, maybe a RS5, in the color.

And while we're on the subject of clothes, I really like this shirt from Adidas. I think I'm going to be able to pass on it but it is calling my name...

That is very kind but I can't imagine how expensive they would be with whatever nonsense tariff would be placed on them.

We got some fresh big brown ones (orange yokes) for $5-6 a dozen. * My kind.
Small/Medium white ones (yellow yokes) for $4-4.⁵⁰ a dozen.

We got steel too (for your car or truck or bike), and aluminum for your cans of beer and Coca-Cola.
And the American farmers love our fertilizers for gardening and growing stuff of all good tasty food.
We also have plenty of electricity, and oil too...lots of it for your generators, tractors and ICE cars.

Plus, you are very welcome in Canada; we have the Rocky mountains and gorgeous landscapes.

* I have many American friends, and when they visit Canada I always help them to the maximum. I've been traveling in the past on the entire US east and west coast; and I've met some fantastic people, generous people. Florida is like 2nd home for many Canadiens (Quebec).
And California, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia have many points in common, and we work together to fight forest fires.

I can keep on and on about all the good traits of our two fantastic countries, our friendship, our partnerships, or common business interests, our beautiful exchanges, etc., etc., etc.
We love good food, fishing, good looking women, cool looking cars, bikes, wines, countrysides, riding horses, etc., etc., etc.

My car is Japanese (Japan is another great friend), but it was assembled in the USA.

I have many investments in the USA, because it's generally an excellent place to invest.
I like Hong Kong too.
