i know some of you just ignoring what been saying past few days involving my apple tv not getting dolby audio anymore because what i did past sun

folks who got apple tv 4k do you really think that when my apple remote got frozen on screen saver when i was inside max app searching for something left came back and couldn't get out pressing menu button like in the past <-still not sure batteries or remote just started to die on 1st generation but it seems died

umm i panic and did something stupid instead trying to charge computer see works or used my tcl remote to exit or then try to used apple remote that remote prob wouldn't malfunction and after when i plug and replug apple tv back in and it restarted not only remote control not connected somehow

despite i have auto atmos on that somehow in process it made dolby audio disappear and that why despite i have streambox receiver hdmi 3 to hdmi tv tcl q6 4k earch its messing up not outputting 5.1 like it supposed to doing pcm despite i said forgot old remote because it died and pair it with 3rd generation remote the other day been and i didn't know this was happening until i started watch something netfflix mon night

it was working fine last week well again see what happens when my brother comes down tomorrow do you think he will get this fixed not sure receiver or tv however if not do you think i will have to factory reset apple tv 4k because what i did sun afternoon in order for it to work or what

ain't nbody going to respond i know alot of you guys do hate me when something goes wrong and i keep on talking about it nonestop because want to get fixed and don't know how to

Have you tried searching google to see if it is a known issue or bug, or is there a system reset within the menu options? Sorry I dont have an apple tv, so I dont have any experience with one. I will always keep the same thought process that a coworker once engrained into my head regarding tech issues though "Keep it simple stupid". Unplug the power for 10+ seconds, menu system resets, try a different HDMI port...

well i have 700 4k bluray player direct tv genie apple tv 4k hdmi 3 receiver to tv apple tv hdmi 3 e arch is on streambox which was always on a game mode receiver however even when i had lg tv before got new tv last month there was no issues it would switch 5.1 and pcm when i watch something my brother was one hook up new tv and everything was a working grand and there was never any issue when i got auto atmos on audio output when i turn apple tv tv speakers and i have to put on receiver speakers the temporary audio thing is onyko speakers<can't put it on that because it change input to bluetooth

i did what i normal do since got new tcl tv since i now have to turn tv off past sun when i turn back on switch input hdmi 3 apple tv turn on was using remote just fine until i went into max app search and then switch tuner input watch something direct tv and hit back other input screen saver came on then got all nervous couldn't go back menu button like normal i got screen saver set ever 5 mins btw then hdmi cable fell out and waited until my dad put 2 front speakers back into receiver i try again but seems remote wasn't doing right pressing alot of buttons on 1st generation apple tv 4k

then again i never had a an issue when remote just froze and couldn't do nothing on screen saver unplug and replug while it was on terrible idea

i didn't know it will make remote not connect afterwards even before i said forgot remote on mon when i try to watch something 5.1 netflix something was off using tcl remote since i can move around do stuff on it and turn up sound but i can't turn on apple tv with tcl remote that's only apple tv remote do that i threw away old mess up remote when i get 3rd generation remote best buy in mail the other day and pair it thinking that might resolved dolby audio issue which didn't

reason why keep asking if dolby audio might make it went away i google and just a wonder i know that before this happen and i went into panic mode

hdmi that back of apple tv that sometimes likes to come out little short if you move it fell out and then 2 wires front speaker came out my dad put it in

then i try to hit menu when i put hdmi back in wasn't thinking to try do other stuff instead i did what did and still don't know if remote was about to due or batteries were dead i could have save remote and not get new one even pair new remote and said forgot old one still issue there maybe something got lose back of receiver doing this

i'm not sure what tcl audio and audio output are i think something happen sun afternoon i wished never was on max app try to search and left watch something direct tv not turn on apple tv that day
and came back saw screen saver but i don't understand how i couldn't go back out menu button maybe was doing it wrong but i try to do menu button when hdmi cord fell out few times before unplug replug

like i said didn't think about other options like try to go ahead charge see remote would see it via computer then try to use it to get out or control tv and volume down try to go back apple menu or tcl remote go back and then try to see apple tv remote can move around

i don't know what's going after what i did sun afternoon haven't been right since because of this issue i haven't watch anything since mon still does atmos and it work

it still odd because i forgot remote and pair new one its not listed app and devices i pair and unpair remote is connected

One of the new posts by various boutique labels on their Facebook pages that I looked at earlier was about what you've posted about above (I got the gist Arrow were talking about 4K releases (I read the post but didn't watch the video (they posted a video during the last few days for A Fistful of Dollars).

Think I was spoilt by the final details announcements for the Dollars trilogy by Arrow over three consecutive months, as I was a bit underwhelmed last month.

I finally watched their UK Blu-ray of Maniac Cop a few weeks ago (a very enjoyable watch). Had hoped they would follow that with the two sequels (can still get Blue Underground's releases of them though).

you guys do know what i'm saying right whatever game mode i got apple tv 4k hdmi 3 back of receiver strmbox like pcm dolby digital it shouldn't stay on it when i watch something 5.1 or pcm should switch inputs to 1 of them its doing atmos just fine

again wasn't doing that at all last week until what i did this past sun afternoon and i know it supposed to work because if i turn off atmos and enable 5.1 then receiver will do 5.1 or pcm whatever watch but no atmos it should do all 3 when atmos is on meh

just so stupid i was should had focus on hitting menu button while screen saver past a few times when hdmi fell out device put back in or try to charge or used tcl remote to go to menu then see apple remote work

instead unplug and replug while screen saver was on making remote not connected maybe remote wasn't dead and i didn't pair it right

always wonder about new remote but still lost about dolby audio disappear well my brother coming over today maybe something fell out receiver causing this issue or tcl tv

i can't repair now because i threw away think it malfunction and its not in trash barrel in garage anymore


man hope i don't have to factory reset apple tv 4k just to get dolby audio to come back up again meh

i give up my brother spent 2 hours we did factory reset didn't fixed it my brother decide to power cycle apple tv

i did have 2 speakers that weren't plug up right my brother fixed anyways for some odd reason dolby symbol came up watch something netflix 5.1 but didn't have no dolby atmos<- forgot that if you watch a little bit it will show up

in addition the word dolby atmos didn't come up when watch something atmos instead dolby audio but still say on receiver

however he decided to turn unplug everything well he hit red switch and hit back turn everything back on still doing dolby audio and 5.1 back on game mode which went back to what it did since sun pcm dolby surround on receiver

i try to do what he did but can't get it back to what it basically it like reverse itself when he power cycle unplug and replug hdmi back of apple tv and put back in i think he did other end hdmi receiver i might try to unplug and replug after turn off that is

Thinking about mistakes I have made; as always the mistakes that matter involve other people, probably people we respect.

Trouble is, I'm not sure what I did. I have experienced this a few times; kicked out of paradise because of something I was never asked to explain. I think this probably means that the persons involved probably just needed any reason to get me removed from my position. In the other experience, these people showed themselves to be people who I really don't respect at all. Bizarrely dishonest people.

I guess I failed... Somehow. Kind of a weird bummer. I don't really know if I even should have respected these people. I'm not always great at knowing when I'm being respected.

And looking around, I don't even know who to talk to about these things.

I guess all I can do is feel good about being introspective about it, and keep trying to do my best in life. Move on. I probably need to work on boundaries and be more of a moving target, so I don't get entangled with people who operate like human sarlaac pits.

I do plan on staining it, but that won't be for another month yet. Have to make sure there's no rain for a week. And finish staining the upper deck (which is for a pool we once had, and one day hope to get another).

Jeez! That's a small house. I'd feel like I was in prison if I lived there. Anyway, I'm tired and want to do something. Something different. I wish my friend would be ready to start our project. I'm just so frustrated, anxious, tired, and a whole of host of things today. I don't feel good and my legs are acting up. I've taken medicine but I hope it doesn't knock me out. I really am in no shape to be at work today, but here I am anyway. This is about the worst I have felt in a long, LONG time. Not since my breakdown a couple of months or so ago. This is nothing like that, though. That, actually, would be better. I think I could get through that. This, though, I am not sure about. I'm screaming from the inside out and don't want to be here. Like seriously. The last 30 minutes or so have derailed into something awful. Prayers and good wishes folks. I'm gonna need it.
