Hex yeah! I had that album too (now I have the CD). Not only was it one of the greatest gatefold albums evah, it's in the top 3 greatest live albums of all times.

That's also my wife and I's wedding song. I pop it on every year on our anniversary. Draws a tear every time.

There used to be a Star Trek attraction at the Las Vegas Hilton back in the 90s, with a really cool ride, a gift shop, and also Quark's bar. There were actors as well dressed in Star Trek costumes mingling throughout the joint. Some pretty cool Borg get ups, too, and they play the part of course and threaten to assimilate you if you get too close lol.

Well I was sitting at the bar with a buddy way back when, and he was drinking a strawberry daiquiri. Mind you I'm just a straight up beer guy. Well he was trying to get me to try the daiquiri, and proceeded to push it right in front of me. Right then and there, this actor who was probably 6'6" dressed as a Klingon walks right up to me, smirks, and then tells me that real men don't drink fufu juice lol. He was loud so it kind of made a scene. I had no choice but to crack up on the spot because of the timing, but underneath I was a bit livid that it worked out that way since it wasn't my drink.

We used to go there a lot. Spent many a time at Quark's bar. After a warp core breach we'd always try and get the actors to break character. They never would tho. Lol. I still have my Vulcan shot glasses I bought there way back.

Nice! I have a bottle of unopened Romulan ale that I saved, but it's in storage. Going on 20 years since I brought it home. That's the only souvenir I have. And I do remember doing the same and trying to get the Klingon guy and other actors to break character as well, but same thing it never worked. Although I remember taking my son there when he was a toddler, and one of the Klingons tried to give him a little bit of a scare. My son freaked so the actor apologized and walked away with eyes all bugged. Kids have the power lol

I really miss that place, and needless to say I was sad when it closed.

I went to Chuck E Cheese for the first time in many years and it's exactly how I remembered it. The pizza was decent when it was first brought out but as soon as it cooled off it was like eating cardboard. My granddaughter had a good time which is all that really mattered.

Using the wifi real quickly at my spot when I come up to the mountains. Well, not my spot but the spot that I come to for wifi lol Just thinking about the good music this place is always playing. The last song was one that I had heard before but didn't know anything about. Google tells me it was Never Been To Spain by Three Dog Night and I believe it. Now is Steve Miller Band I think with Take The Money And Run.
