Yup, it showed a scan of it last Thursday to be delivered but it never showed up. And of course there's no link on informed delivery to click on to report missing mail anymore. When I went to my local post office they just said informed delivery isn't always accurate and to wait a few more days to see if it pops up.

Left work early today and now I've finished breakfast at IHOP and thinking about what I'm going to do after I leave. I'll either head home or take a little drive and listen to some music. I wanted to buy a song on iTunes earlier at work but my debit card expired yesterday. I'll have to add my new one and then purchase a couple songs.

for years I have been wanting a emotional support cat and now I am trying to volunteer at shelters to gain more experience to have one but as far as they go I can't make up my mind which to try to adopt a kitten or an adult cat both are so cute. All I know about are mostly hamsters which I just love dearly but want something a little bigger and lives longer.

In my previous marriage, we got an adult retired former champion breeding cat and while sweet with the best demeanor, she was also not tearing stuff up due to her maturity which was quite nice.

So we're currently at the hospital, and my wife turns on the TV, which had one of those remotes with a "privacy" speaker on the remote that plays the TV sound. I don't think she made it a minute when she turned it off and tells me, "Can't do the sound. Your system spoiled me."

Another reason she's a keeper.

I'll preface this by saying I love In N Out (yes the fast food chain, so no shenanigans from you about that

). But I gotta say, I was in Texas a couple of years ago on a business trip. The company had a huge facility with a bunch of its own restaurants on the premises. I had a burger at one of the joints, and holy crap it was better than any burger I've had in California, and easily one of the best burgers I've had, period. I realize TX is known for its beef, but to come from some unknown restaurant inside of a business, I would have never expected to have such a memorable burger experience. Jules Winnfield would have been reeling with joy.

My wife and I tried a new Mexican place today. A burrito, some rolled tacos, and a carne asada plate came to over $42.00. "Fast food" is ridiculously expensive.
