Fell asleep on my bus last night and ended up in the next town. Thank goodness for Uber. Finding a taxi in a strange town could've turned into a nightmare.

I can think of at least one of you that can relate to spending 20 hours on a reported breakage that only you know how to fix, which initially you thought would be a 45 min code change, only to find yourself wrapping up at 3am as it unlocked Pandora's box. And then only getting 3.5 hours sleep before you have to be up again to deploy said fix.

I don't know how civic survives on 1 hour of sleep. I can barely move my eyes on 2.

Ok, off the soap box. So happy for Fridays. And coffee...

I hit Dave’s Hot Chicken today for lunch and decided to try their top loaded fries. They really were loaded and delicious!

Because I have a common name, I end up using movie characters. I was Johnny Rico today.

I would definitely buy and eat the Selena Gomez Oreos if I was still eating packaged cookies. But I quickly adjusted to bakery and home made cookies and now I can’t go back.

I've had to limit packaged cookies as well as they no longer agree with me. But I would definitely suffer an exception for JLH cookies.

Even then, I wouldn’t eat them. I’m just too attached to gourmet sweets.

I like Selena and Jennifer. But even they can’t convince me to go back to packaged anything.

When you have anything gourmet, which is what bakery and homemade are essentially, you can’t go back to packaged anything, no matter the reason. Specialty grocery stores like Uncle Giuseppe’s and Wegman’s, Bakeries like Gargiulo’s and family members’ cooking really have spoiled me.

Homemade Bisquick dark chocolate chip cookies are the best cookies.

Thinking about quitting my job after 10+ yrs without a new job lined up. I just feel stuck in the position I'm in and don't know how much more I can take. Plus the slack I've been getting at home with the upcoming school year. I never see my kid and when I do I'm usually in zombie mode.

It will usually get better as my activity levels increase during the course of the day, but it makes me light headed when it is this low increasing my risk of falling.

I take my vitals every morning and enter the results into my pacemaker's phone application, which graphs them over time.

So long as your package arrives intact and contents unscratched, then you're good.

My ps4 only over heatw and shuts off when I play 1 specific blu ray. 211 with nicholas cage. I binge tv shows all day n night multiple shows in 1 sitting on ps4 bc I do not own a blu ray player. And it never over heats. Just finished King of the Hill, Outsiders, and a few others in 1 sitting. Just watched dumb n dumber. That morning. Around 5 I pop 211 in and it overheats. Tiday I try playing same movie iver heats shuts off. I think it only happens when I play tgis movie

AI has been in the news a lot lately but, man, the technology has a LONG way to go yet. The tech is used on Youtube videos for narration and, while it's no longer as robotic-sounding as an 80's computer commercial, you can still make out it's AI and not an actual person talking. The narrator would stop mid sentence, then pause like it's taking a breath, then continue narrating. It also vocalizes all the punctuation marks lol. The worst part is the terrible grammar and misspellings/misinterpretations. Yeah, this is still WAY in it's infancy.
