I'm weighing an opportunity right now. There's an artist I've been a major fan of my entire life (since age 4; I am soon to be 50), and I have a chance to buy an original and never-publicly-seen piece of his art. But it will cost me approximately 12-14% of my net worth. It was drawn\inked in his prime '72 as a potential model car kit design, but never used.

Whew!

....it's pretty steep, but I would value it much more than cash.

Nice! London is on my Bucket List for a visit. Been to a lot of countries in Europe, but never the Britsh Isles. I'm a huge history fan, music fan and soccer fan.....so I think a visit there would be right up my alley!

So I'm honestly wondering if I should tell this girl that I like her. We're really good friends and I don't want to ruin that. I was thinking about asking her a hypothetical question like, "if a guy liked you, would you want them to tell you?" and if she said yes, I'd be like "well........."

I always seem to get into these situations. I had this massive crush on a girl in high school but she had a boyfriend. I never told her but im fairly sure she knew. We were able to be good friends though.

I don't know. I may wait till we've had a few drinks so I have something to fall back on. I don't ever ask for relationship advice on the internet but I'm open to suggestions/comments/insults/etc.

If you really like her, and think it may be worth it, then just tell her man. If she declines your offer, just keep it cool. Don't make things be awkward. Best of luck whatever your decision may be.

Internet overages are killing me. We're in the top package of 110G's and have been going over that the last couple of months. Why?
It's expensive to go over, so I'm choked.

I had to make a decision recently with my professional life that I'm not liking.
I hope it doesn't bite me in the butt somewhere down the line.

I have a first world problem at the moment. I want to play GTA 5, but I have a Tube TV in my dorm room and I'm used to playing on a HDTV and I want the game to look good.
