I live in a pretty friendly city and not much happens here but apparently there's a guy going around at night walking into people's houses and assaulting them. Probably won't be long until he walks into a gun owner's home.

I locked myself out the internet a couple days ago (long story) because I'm too cheap to buy the add-on for a macAir to connect an ethernet cable to my modem. A friend brought his laptop over, so everything is squared away. Anyway, I've been watching television for the news, and it's NOTHING like what is going on irl. I hate the MSM (all) even more now, and tbh I'm considering downgrading the cable package, as there is very little programs I'm interested in. It's a ****ing scam, seriously.

Well, finally finished Bioshock Infinite. The game was fantastic and I get the story/ending. The one thing that disappoints me is how abruptly it just ends. Not to mention the after credit scene just feels lazy and lacks serious imagination. Hopefully if we get a Bioshock 4 it'd be interesting to see Anna as the main character.

While most Americans do not have a shortage of protein in their diets, healthy sources of protein are less common. Many animal-sourced proteins contain high levels of saturated fats, which burdens the cardiovascular and digestive systems. Sardines are a healthy protein option because of their healthy impact on the cardiovascular and digestive system. Protein is important for sustaining energy levels and balancing blood sugar.
