Thanks, I feel better, hoping it was just something I ate. Was really weird, was at the gym and got off the treadmill and then I felt like crap while I was lifting weights. The feeling in my chest seems to be gone, I kinda want to run tomorrow but don't want to **** with my health this close to a marathon. So, skipping tomorrow's run and then we'll see if I can handle Sunday's 20 miler.

Almost time to clock in for the final shift of the week. Going to hit up my virtual running coach tonight after dinner and ask him about my 20 mile run. The 5 mile run is disposable, I don't mind missing it but the 20 miler would be a big miss going into full marathon #4.

You can't mess around with chest pains. Seriously Man, you should get checked out and take it easy for awhile.

We got a TON of snow last night. I'm listening to the radio and they're saying the roads are pretty bad. I've got 4X4 and great tyres but am still gonna wait a bit before heading out.

Don't think it's true chest pain since my heartbeat wasn't rapid, think it was just food on the way back up while I was lifting. If it persists after another run, I'll ask one of my practitioner parents to give me a look.

Yep, exactly the reason why. Folks talk SO much unsubstantiated sh*t in there it's ludircious and then when you call them out on it, it starts even more sh*t...no thanks. Aside from walruswarrior and Moviefan1203 who I had fun with playfully laughing at both of our collective team's failures, the folks I enjoyed in there are also in here so it's all good in the hood.
