I've slowed down considerably my BD purchases, to the point where it's now like 1 every 3-4 months (if that). I found I was buying way too many that I'd never watch more than once. With the help of AppleTV and Netflix, I can now still watch tons of movies, then decide if any are worth purchasing.

Which TV Shows did you buy ? Only DVD i'd get would be Seinfeld and Southpark if thery were never coming out on Blu-Ray.

Lots of TV shows like Married With Children, SouthPark, Full House, ICarly, Baywatch, Futurama, Friday Night Lights, The Hills, ER, Alf, All In The Family, Blossom, Boy Meets World, Brady Bunch, etc etc, I have 233 TV shows and counting!

I hear ya. I get monthly bonuses on top of year-end bonuses, and mine works out to be crazy, too. Still, it's one of the main reasons I get sizeable refunds. Would I prefer to have that money up front? Yes, but knowing us, we'd be more likely to spend it if we got it monthly than if we got a nice bit in a lump sum in April, which usually goes straight to savings.
