freezer out in the garage seemed to be on the fritz last night.

when i opened it to look for something and shut it again, it made like it wanted to kick on but wouldn't.

went out there later to see what it was doing, it wasn't running @ all, i opened it up, it made like it wanted to turn on again so i slammed the lid shut and that kicked it on.

it must've known i was pissed.

don't know if i want to buy a new one for north of $400 or get one off of craigslist for $100.

Charging a 7 or 8 year old kid with possession of a controlled substance? Is this what really needs to be done? What of the kids parents where I am sure he got it. What good does giving the child a criminal record really do?

Buy a new one, you could get ripped off from Craigslist

The kid should definitely be charged for crying out loud - he brought cocaine to school! I imagine he got it from home, so the parents will be charged, too (if they haven't already been charged).

The kid's charges will get reduced; it's not like he'll go to jail or anything. There's no way he understood what he was doing.
