Hopefully the upcoming UHD release of The Big Lebowski is an all new 4K master, not just an upscaled to 2160p video transfer. Has this actually been confirmed?

today i realized just how much of a failure i am. i haven't done anything even remotely significant in the 30 yrs of my existence. and to add i learned today that i will soon lose the only person i ever cared for the most. apparently it doesn't matter that i'm her legal guardian or that i've been here for her since the day she was born, I've been both her mother and father for going on 7 years!! but because I'm not her BIOLOGICAL parent that doesn't matter. I commend her mother for her years of service to this country and for wanting to actually be a mother to her one and only daughter but I'm pissed that she plans to take her 5000 miles from me just like that. And apparently according to a very good friend of mine who is a lawyer my chances for custody is nonexistent. shit without the kid here I'm afraid I won't have any reason to live on... and moving across the country to stay close to her isn't an option right now as I'm in a serious relationship and my better half refuses to leave (she's just starting her career here).

Interesting choice at 4. I have seen it, but wasn't a huge fan. It was almost like they tried for it to be Coen Brothers-esque but failed, but that's coming from seeing it a long time ago. Perhaps I need to revisit it.

This weather can die in a fire. Doctors seem to think barometric pressure is one of the (many) triggers for my clusters and I'm not going to argue. Two episodes already today in the first hour of work, empty oxygen tank and already had to take my emergency abortive medication that causes rebounds. 71 episodes since the beginning of April.

So what am I thinking about? That I'd rather be at home eating a Schwann's chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich right now.

Thinking about taking some empty bottles to the recycling center and going to get my fishing license. I used to love to fish but haven't done any in about 5 years.

NYS does offer one or two "free fishing days" but If you're over 16 years old and get caught fishing without a license they can take your gear and issue you a citation. While the chances are slim of it happening, its a chance I'd rather not take since I like to go to state parks. The last time I went fishing I took the kid and we had 4 lines in the water, a game warden approached us I made it look like I was simply helping/watching the kid - I lucked out and just got a warning that time but he said he knew the kid wasn't fishing alone.

I use to go up to Connecticut to fish, but sold the summer house this past winter. I’ve been downsizing a lot lately, also used to have a swimming pool in the back yard but got rid of that as well.
