My neighbors on both sides (one of which is the other side of my townhome) are older and somewhat hard of hearing. It works out GREAT!

Well I'm glad being hearing impaired seems like such a benefit to you Rager, it's a major hassle to me! As far as my grades, I finished with an 89.61 in my first FCS course. My professor said he would round it up and I would get an A so I complained to him yesterday and he said he's take care of it. Now I just wait and see.

That being said, based on a pic you posted of yourself in the other thread, they are considerably older than you (one of the four could be considered elderly), so it's more a function of old age than anything else.

Every grade counts when you're going for your bachelor's and you want to go for a master's where they only take 4 people every year. So you want to get the best possible grades.

I’m guessing for your profession of choice you need a BS, right? I got a BA. I considered going for an MFA, but it was only so I could tell others to call me doctor.

So since that was the only reason, I stopped after the BA.

Did I tell the story about when I begged a professor to give me a D instead of an F so I could pass the class because I missed the deadline to apply for a P/NC? I forget which websites I say what to.

I'm not sure, I think it's a BS, oddly in agriculture. Not sure what agriculture has to do with becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist but whatever.

Also, wasn't aware a D was considered passing.

You pass as in if it's a required class, you met your requirement. But you don't get credit. So let's say you still need 1 credit to graduate and you get a D in a 1 credit class, you need to take another class to get that 1 credit you need.

One of my required classes was Medieval Art, for whatever reason, so that D meant I didn't have to re-take the class. I got no credit, but I passed.

You only get credits for A, B, and C grades.

If I had done a P/NC (Pass/No Credit), it would have been the same as getting that D, but without lowering my GPA. So that D did lower my GPA a bit.

Well the Mrs last day was yesterday. So I'm hoping that we start to get a move on getting our son's school year and the house wrapped up faster now. Need to go and replace the battery to the Jaguar. Doesn't seem to be holding a charge for shit and it wasn't that long ago that I bought the damn thing. Hoping they don't give me shit and replace it no problem. As it looks like it might be making the trip to Texas too. Anyway, need to come up with a plan on separating what is going and what is being donated again. I'd like to make another donation run over the weekend to get rid of some of the excess.

A buddy at work was rear ended the other day. He was hit so hard there were 3 other vehicles involved besides him and the driver that hit him. He gets out of the car and calls the guy a *ucking moron.

The guy says, and I quote "when the cops show up I'm going to tell them what you called me."

Yeah, because you're the victim here. Unbelievable.
