Driver coming the other way on street comes to a dead stop. I assume he's waiting to turn even though the blinker isn't on. There's no one behind me so I figured he'd go once I passed by but nope, he just continued to idle. The cars behind him got pissed and switched lanes to pass, and he just continued to sit there. I assume he was lost. Still doesn't make up for being clueless and inconsiderate.

I know it’s a part of life but dealing with a death of a loved one - rips out your heart.

Well from my understanding Charter, Time Warner and Spectrum are all the same company. I've been told by someone who's worked for Time Warner for the last 25 years or better that TW was bought out by Charter and Charter was being renamed Spectrum.

this is exactly what happened. so their caller id may still say timer warner, but it's spectrum.

I've never lost a parent but its tough to get over losing anyone close to you. I lost my older sister when I was 18, we were really close growing up (only 4 yrs apart) and I've never really got over it. For the first couple years following her passing I was going to her gravesite just shy of 100 miles away every week just to talk to her. May sound silly but as I said we were really close growing up and I missed her (still do infact). Nowadays I go up twice a year, her birthday and around the anniversary of her death (which happened to be right before Christmas)... mostly to lay fresh flowers and clean up the grave a bit.

2005 was a horrible year for me; I lost my grandmother in April, grandfather in September and older sister in December a week before Christmas. Quote:

![]() Lost my Dad a couple weeks ago, day before Memorial Day, and my wifes Mom the month before that. All I can say is just get up in the morning, and do whatever it is you normally do in the morning and than just go from there. No trick to it that I know of, you just have to work through it however seems best for you. ![]() |
