same here, including the seat belt law. although, if you're pulled over they will ticket you if you're not wearing one. but it's rare that they pull anyone over just for not wearing it.

and i know of at least 4 fireworks stands in my town that have been open for the past week (law says they can't open earlier than a week before the holiday).

Summer classes are brutal, almost signed up for them myself but my advisor told me not to

Oh there was a brand new bottle of some no-name Ranch that I tried to use this morning. After about 5 minutes of effort got me about 1 table spoon of dressing I just launched it into the trash. At least I didn't pay for it.
I have the best honey mustard recipe in the world. Seriously, it's the best. I don't like honey mustard usually, but this stuff...is beyond greatness.

After significant delays this year, I finally started my first term back at school today (online). I'm taking Intro to Mass Communication and Environmental Science. I hate ebooks . The ebook for my communication class won't register, apparently, so I had to email my advisor for help. While I'm waiting, I did some reading and assignments for my science class to get a jump on things.

About 2yrs to go, and then I'll have my Bachelor Degree.

Thanks! I'm a Communication major, so it's like basic requirement. I'm looking forward to the other courses that involve more writing and journalism.

Most newer vehicles have the annoying beeping that won't go away until you put your seatbelt on.

Why? It doesn't make people drive safer. If they want to go through the windscreen, let them. Cops should be dealing with cellphones and headphones being used while driving since that stuff puts me in direct danger.

Well for one, one of my aunts was killed driving without one but yeah. You can only do so much. Why is anyone using headphones while driving? Bluetooth is a thing, so are car studios.

I've seen people with headphones and/or having a hoodie up blocking their peripheral. If it weren't for all of the safety features we have in our daily lives these idiots would have been culled off by now.

People who drive with a hood up in the car should have their license permanently revoked due to blatant stupidity.

How do they see where they are going with the hood up?

I only looked at the post directly above mine that said hood, I didn’t see the other one. Your multi quote makes it seem like I got the two words confused, which I didn’t.

I just finished reading a study that suggests Netflix's popularity is on the rise. Am I the only one who doesn't like Netflix? I mean a vast majority of their original shows and movies look horrible and they eventually remove all of the good shows and movies after just a month or so being on the service. I cancelled my subscription years ago and have no plans to renew it. I'm currently using my girlfriend's account to watch Stranger Things, Narcos, and a few other shows as they're added. I always hear about Netflix this and Netflix that, but it's not even worth it to me. Maybe it's because I own just about everything I'll ever want to watch, I don't know.

I love Netflix but I am one of those who uses 3-4 streaming services regularly so the content complements each other well.

Loud and annoying is by far the worst part of lunch break, especially when she's just sitting on her bum and making extremely loud comments.

The only things I use Netflix for are:

- Stranger Things
- Bill Nye Saves the World
- Voltron: Legendary Defender
- when/if new seasons of Marvel originals air (Jessica Jones, Daredevil, etc.)
