my youngest niece started her senior year of high school this year.

still not sure how i feel about that. i'm glad she's grown into an awesome young woman; but i'm sad 'cause she's growing up.

My niece has expressed an interest in a Samsung UN50EH6000 that we're selling. It's five or six years old and in great working order. It's not a smart TV and is a 1080p HDTV.

I had estimated in the neighborhood of $300 to $350. The cheapest I found it for was $350 used. I told her $300. She scoffed about it and doesn't want to pay it now. I told her that it's not a bad buy and she's more than welcome to see if she can do better. I think I could get at least $300 on craigslist.

Am I wrong?

Explain to me why I can have a conversation with this nice girl who complimented my backpack, told me her name, where she's from, what her job is, then gave me her Instagram as she left saying it was nice talking to me, only to block me when I requested to follow?

Wondering when a landscaper or mowing service will knock on our door. Yard is looking rough. Also curious if the renting neighbor’s know their crap is on our property line? Going to try not to make a big deal out of it since we’re new and we’re friends with the landlord’s daughter.
