In the Hollywood and Celebrities subforum there are all these threads were people like to post pictures of female celebrities. Are those threads some sort of self-appointed safe space to drool over women where any post less than 100% positive or deemed "off-topic" triggers anger?

Someone started a Katherine Heigl thread and said it was because of her comeback on the TV show Suits. Someone posted that he didn't know she was on it and hadn't watched in a while. I replied to tell him about the show. Both our posts got deleted.

Mods sure like to wield their power silently without transparency on here.

They’re also bigoted. Johnny Vinyl closed a thread about a transgendered celebrity in that section, for no other reason than she is transgendered. Blu Titan supported his decision to close it. So at that moment, both mods were outted as being bigots. Yet they are still moderators. They should have been removed from power for that.

No one in power should be that way.

It's supposed to be 81 degrees tomorrow in the NY Metro area. Two weeks ago I would've killed for it to be 81 degrees and nice and now the low 80's already feels too warm for this time of year. It's been in the upper 50's overnight, which also feels weird since it hasn't been this cool since early April. I've been living on the East Coast most of my life but I'm still not used to the change of seasons. How long before we lose our beautiful green trees? lol

Thinking about how I can finally find a new job now that I'm no longer tied down to this locale. I can actually move out of state and not feel bad for uprooting my significant other's life...if I wanted to.

Hopefully things work out for you Mike.

Last week I upgraded the headlights on the truck to LED and I like them.
Last night while driving through an area known to have buffalo, I passed by several at various times and feel that I should've seen them sooner. The highbeams on the truck are Silverstar Ultras and I thought they were pretty good. But now I know that LED's are better and I will be ordering those.

Best Buy screwed up. I bought some steelbooks from them, all arrived damaged, they shipped out replacements and I sent the original order back, but when they received the original items they accidentally refunded me the cost of one of them.

Not even sure how that happened because on my account it shows a $0 return for a title, but then right below it it shows the same item being returned a second time, this time for a full refund.

Should I do anything about this?

A pro-life group was on campus today and there were a bunch of shock pictures of aborted fetuses in a certain area. I saw these photos last year and it was horrifying. Thankfully none of my classes this semester were in that area of campus.
