If you shower the night before, do you have to shower the morning after?

Trump is coming to my town today. My work is within 4 blocks of the arena he's coming to. They've already closed off a 10 block radius. 4:30 will be a ****ing blast.

Before I installed air conditioning in my bedroom 2 years ago my usual Summer routine was showering after coming home from work AND in the morning. I still do that but only if it's very humid (which, in my area, is pretty much every Summer day). Even if it's not oppressively hot it's still a good idea to also shower in the A.M. if you want to be 100% fresh. The special oils on your body churn overnight and may leave a faint body odor.

Now, do people brush their teeth in the morning as well as before going to bed? I brush twice a day but I prefer to spread out the brushing further apart (or throughout the day). I think it's pointless to just brush at night and in the mornings IN BETWEEN food consumption lol.

I try to do it 3 times a day. My sister and her husband only do it in the evenings.

No, I'm just curious why movies with The Rock will only make $70,000,000 here in the US, but make $400,000,000 in China.

Also, at the opening night of the last Mission: Impossible, I was one of the only white guys in the audience. There was at least 150+ Asian people, and maybe ten other people.

what's wrong with brushing between food consumption? brush after breakfast, brush after lunch (if possible), and before bed (which would be after dinner or the last thing you eat.

Why brush your teeth after waking up in the morning only to eat breakfast a short while later?

IMO, flossing is way more important than brushing. Sure, brushing gets the surface stuff off, but if you never floss, you could have food stuck between your teeth for weeks.

Gross.

I didn't do so hot on my second history exam and my professor is expecting me and a couple other people to rewrite the exam but it isn't required. I didn't fail it nor am I a history major so I don't need an A in the class or anything like that and I did very well on my first exam. We still have another exam and a paper due at the end of the semester so I know I'll be fine in the long run. I really don't want to rewrite this whole thing. I'm thinking about just saying screw it and leaving it be.

I would still reach out to the professor to explain your decision, don't want to risk them telling an advisor that you don't care.

I doubt he'd do that. I'm happy that he cares enough to give us the opportunity to raise our grade, but I have a lot of other crap to do for my other classes and rewriting this whole thing would take me forever. Like I said, it's not like I got an F. I have a nice 3 hour break before that class tomorrow I just realized I had, I think I'll do my best to do it then.

Yeah, reminds me of last term when a professor questioned my effort in her class and told me we had to meet in person to discuss it. I declined and ended up with a B- in the class. Not sure how she knew what my work ethic is like considering she's never met me but whatever. Considering how brutal that class is, I'm not surprised half the people who started that class dropped it. It can be nice to take brutal classes though since they make you try harder, which can make you a better student.

I definitely agree with that. I've taken some of those brutal classes before and it helped me become a better student. My main concerns lie with doing well in my classes that apply to my major. Electives get less of my attention and effort, but also because most times they're easy to me so I can pass them no problem. This history class though is turning out to be slightly more difficult than I thought it'd be.

I suck at facts and figures, always have, memorization is a big issue with me. Still trying to figure out how to memorize things better. Makes me feel better about suffering through difficult classes knowing other people suffer through them as well.

Back to cleaning!

Because food left overnight in your mouth grows bacteria.

I brush my teeth after breakfast. You ever drank a glass of orange juice after brushing? Yuck!

I have to floss whether I want to, because I dip tobacco.
