Well one manger that a work with alot knows somewhat but yeah I probably need to tell the main one since my performance has gone down. It's hard because I don't want to be treated differently or somehow different in their eyes. Of course they're all women so I have some strange need to please them or something. If needed I can talk to my therapist. Was going to do it tonight but I chickened out so I will do it tomorrow though.

EDIT: I might be a drama queen but sometimes I think I should do something dramatic like play a suicide related song on the overhead though the only thing that's really stopping me is what my princess thinks of me and how she feels about me. [which I am still confused on as possibly she is also since I'm older]

I'm no expert, but aren't there labor laws that prevent employer retaliation for this sort of thing? If your mental health issues are documented, there shouldn't be any issue. If there is, you have a case against them, especially through your HR department. I know it's a pain, but I'm just saying that's there in case they do happen to treat you differently. But that shouldn't be the case here. They should be sympathetic to the issue.

How come humans can’t shed their skin like some other creatures? It would great if you could, new clean skin if you get scars or burns. It’s too bad humans can’t do that.

Things forced me to tell my main manager and she obviously wants to work with me but I should have told them earlier but the main fact is I probably would have done it differently if I had a male manager and since they're all female I kinda have some issues. I mean having a female therapist is safe but going to other females about things is scary. I have trouble asking for help probably due to my Aspergers but I am not sure though.

I love my managers, I can easily talk to them about other things it is just hard on something like this. I suppose in a way I don't want to be weak in their eyes or something.

I see what you mean, now. It can be rough explaining it to them, but it doesn't make you weak at all. I had issues at work one time and had to explain to my manager the personal side of why these issues were occurring. Despite him being a guy too (and a year younger than me), it was still hard to bring those words out to describe a personal problem. That was difficult, so I get where you're coming from.

The hardest part is over, now. You've explained it to your manager and she seems willing to work with you. That's a good thing. Again, it doesn't portray you as weak; instead, it shows you're strong enough to know what the issue is and what steps you need to take to better your situation. It shows your effort and willingness to make things better for yourself.

There’s treatments such as Fraxel and RevLite which achieve a similar thing. 👍🏻

I always get a kick out of watching people's reactions when the train they're commuting in enters a tunnel and they lose their cell phone signal. Talking about those who are clueless the train is about to go underground (not the regulars - those always know to end their conversations accordingly). There was a young girl facetiming on my train this morning. I was watching as the tunnel approached and, sure enough, she loses the signal and gets all flustered lol. I wish I had a signal blocker so I could watch all the cell phone slaves throw fits because they can't update their facebook status
