So had some interviews. 1 Crate and Barrel which I won't hear back for a few weeks and 2 (1yesterday and 1 today) which I will hear back Friday. Not wanting to Jinx it or anything but I hope to get the Petsmart one and they seem like they really need me since I have had 2 interviews with both mangers and felt really good but who knows.

One of my teammates got canned. He had no idea it was coming, I did, and he said something pretty stupid during our meeting. That was poetic cause The Boss was taking him in to tell him the decision was made.

Similarly, I may be leaving my job. I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately. I’ve composed my email but haven’t sent it yet. Still gotta work things out in my lil brain.

Well f**k my employer, according to HR I'm won't be eligible for a transfer because of a recent company wide hiring "freeze" which doesn't really make sense(they'd rather hire new people vs transferring current employees). Their turnover is ridiculously high so that's keeping me in this location/position. Guess if my fiancee gets the job she applied for in PA I'll be unemployed because I'll be damned if I'm going to stay in NY without her. Oh but I could simply wait 6months and reapply at a local facility. What BS..id lose my seniority with the company and re-start at minimum wage, I could do that with another company!

Spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with a new service provider. They told me that I'm unable to switch from my selected plan to a new phone/plan through them for 12 months. I was gonna let it go and be done with it but the representative said that they can reset my phone to work with their service, regardless of the SIM card. It made no sense to me but I said okay, try it out. She kept getting error messages and now I don't have the service that I just paid $40 for, lost my phone number, entire online account is now 100% deleted and gone and my phone is basically a brick. Evidently, the woman had no idea what she was doing and wasted my entire night and wrecked my phone.

Now I've got to call back in 24 hours and see if they've managed to fix my service under a new phone number. Otherwise this representative literally ruined my phone and service... just wtf?

Thinking about going back to a flip phone and paying $20 every 3 months for service instead. I don't even want a phone, why am I paying $40 a month for service and internet data?

i'd be calling them and telling them they owe me 2 years of free service...including unlimited data. oh, and that i'd get my old number, back.

That's the plan tomorrow night if it isn't resolved. The customer service reps were friendly but it's all around a ridiculous situation. I definitely deserve some sort of compensation for the time and trouble.

These days people are buying houses just to flip them for profit. They'll add a little something here and there, even move in for a couple of months for appearances but, ultimately, they're just the equivalent of ebay scalpers. There's too many damn cable shows that lead people to believe flipping is the new gold rush.

Thinking I need to buy some Summer clothes before the stores start changing their stock to Fall gear. It's only June but they always start the next season early. Clothes are one item I buy very little of. Being a jeans and T-shirt kind of person is easier on the wallet. Besides, I hate the styles that are in today. I sometimes wonder if there's a handbook that people carry around to consult when they buy clothes. Everybody looks the same lol.

I hate waiting. Wish I could know where I stand on jobs. I've applied to several and had 3 interviews. Only 1 emailed me that I was unsuitable. I wish the experience was better but they all do this for some reason it seems.
